We moved home and wanted to make sure that we thoroughly cleaned the house before bringing our furniture and children in. Steven was there to help us and even came on a Saturday to fit in with the removals company's schedule, ensuring we were able to have the carpets cleaned and dried before our furniture arrived on the Monday. Steven was reliable and fairly priced. He arrived on time and then worked extremely hard to clean the carpets thoroughly. We were certainly glad that we had employed his services as he was able to show us fur-filled filters and very murky buckets of water even after just a short time. The end results were excellent. I used SM Cleaning last December to freshen up our sofa before Christmas. They also cleaned the long pile rug that we have in our living room in the winter. I was very happy with the quality of the work and asked Stephen to come back in the spring to clean a light coloured, short pile rug which was heavily stained. It looks like new now so I'm very happy.
