My name is Neil Jones and I am the owner and founder of NCJCarpetCare.
After spending 30 years in food distribution & retail operations management I decided in 2018 to set up and supply a first class business model in the cleaning of carpets & upholstery around the beautiful Cotswolds. I have always had the cleaning bug as my father ran Charlton kings CarpetCare for over 35 years along with my mum who managed all the day to day admin and although they both retired some 12 years ago the business is still successfully trading to this day.
My aim is give exceptional customer service whilst using the latest equipment and first class chemicals, only using a ''Truck mounted machine''
I carry out free Pre-visits and free no obligation quotes to domestic & commercial property
I also conduct a spot & stain service for Carpets & Upholstery

Everything about NCJ was fantastic, from extremely prompt response to my initial query through to a highly professional and exceptional job on the day. Neil came to do some spot cleaning on the stairs for me (coffee spill) and the sitting room carpet, and gave me a very reasonable quote. He did an excellent job with the coffee stains, and said your sitting room carpet is immaculate, you don't need the whole room doing. And he just did further spot cleaning in the doorway, which was a bit grubby. And charged me a third of his quote! So not only did I get excellent cleaning, he was honest, gave me good advice, and came across as a decent, trustworthy guy. As a woman on my own, it's worth rubies to find someone you can trust, and feel comfortable with in your home. Thanks, Neil.
Neil was punctual, ,presentable &professional.The cleaning method was second to none our furniture&carpets are like new ,he pays attention to detail gives a first class service&takes a real pride in his work you can see customer satisfaction is very important to him.He works in a very organised manner tidy&all equipment in pristine condition .We have already booked him in for this time next year&would recommend to anyone looking for a first class cleaning service.

Neil cleaned our sofa after we spilt red wine over it. He performed miracles and needless to say the sofa looks like new and smells gorgeous. Neil is polite, punctual and very knowledgeable with every aspect of carpet cleaning. I am a site supervisor at a day care centre for the elderly and came across Neil when visiting my son. He promptly gave me his card and arranged an appointment. It turned out his grandparents used to attend our centre!!!!! He fitted in to suit us and was able to carry out the work on the weekend. We have had our carpets cleaned before but never to the standard Neil did them. Very thorough and even moved the furniture, he comes highly recommended and he will be back to do them next year. Neil cleaned our carpets yesterday in preparation for our house sale & he has done a great job, the carpets are tired & were badly stained, with one of the worst marks being dry, blue slime - which he got out!! Neil came & quoted the job initially and gave us an honest opinion, with a secure date for the work, he was on time & very professional, obviously an expert in his field. Absolutely amazing experience using Neil, got recommended to me by a friend, he popped round to give me a free no obligation quote and after I excepted a very reasonable price he managed to book me in around my very busy working schedule, now onto to the cleaning, I really couldn’t believe how good the Results were! Some of these stains must of been there for years and after a few hours of hard graft Neil removed them all, couldn’t be happier with Neil or the service he provides I will be recommending him to everyone.

Neil cleaned my 2 sofas and large rug in my lounge I was given a free quotation at a time that suited me. I wasn't pressured into booking there and then. I phoned Neil after a few days and he booked me in. He turned up when he said he would. He used cuffs on the pipes that came into the house. And because there's a pathway outside my house he used some type of ramp to enable wheelchairs to pass over. I've never seen this before and was very impressed. neil came to clean 2 of my carpets and i was amazed my carpets have been down for many years and he made them look brand new, removed all the stains ones i never thought would come out (slime, oil, paint and pen marks) and left it smelling lovely, very professional and works hard to achieve the best cleaning ever plus hes a pleasure to communicate with, wouldnt go anywhere else for my carpet cleaning now.
Our carpets were in desperate need of a deep clean and soil and stain removal. Due to the nature of our work our carpets have dealt with a lot. We now have carpets that look like new, all the marks that haven’t come off before are now gone.
