Chris was very helpful from the point of quoting, even going to the length of spot testing stains before providing the quote. Chris was very accomodating fitting us in on a Saturday to avoid disruption in the office, and has been nothing but friendly throughout the whole process. Chris and his team were quick and efficient, and the results are great... we even have a bottle of spotter solution to use should we have any stains before our next full clean - would highly recommend!

He was able to give a rough quote over the phone, then visited prior to the date we needed the cleaning done to inspect the carpet and give us a final quote. He was punctual, flexible with a time and date that best suited us and did a really great job on a carpet that has seen a lot of foot traffic (Room was used as an office).
