My wife initially contacted Bobby for an estimate and remarked how fast he responded and was very helpful and informative. We were fortunate he was able to fit us in on the same day. He did 4 bedrooms, a landing, a corridor and a staircase as well as a large area rug in our dining room for an extremely reasonable price. The whole thing was run out of his van and the only thing that came into the house were the hoses. The carpet looks great so far although its still drying. Bobby's professionalism and great attitude will ensure that he is now our go-to carpet cleaner every year.

Bobby and Phil cleaned a one bedroom carpet, mattress and rug for me this morning. I think they’re best described as miracle workers! First time I have used Hercules cleaning. I usually have my carpets cleaned in the traditional way. Over the years the pile had flattened, and there were, what I was told, many stains/marks in my carpets (curtessy of little children!) that could not be removed. I decided to steam clean for a change, and came across Hercules. My goodness, I was so happy with the results. Rob removed almost all of the stains, even ones that had been there for years, amazing. Fantastic company -poorly dog had an accident on a Saturday night - Rob arrived Sunday morning 8:50am for a 9am appointment. Explained everything what he was doing. No corners cut - minimum fuss and noise and super quick!! My carpets are now looking brand new again and smelling Devine… would 1000% recommend

Rob was recommended to us by friends I called him for a quote I was more than happy with the price he gave he managed to fit me in 2 days later! He arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time was really friendly explained the cleaning and drying process clearly and answered any questions I had.. then cracked on he cleaned 2 flights of stairs one bedroom the hallway and landing plus a corner sofa in just over an hour! My sofa was heavily stained all the marks are gone the carpets look amazing and everything smells fresh! Will definitely use Rob again and recommend him to friends and family!

I'd used every product you could buy on the shelves and some you could only order online to try and remove the smell from our carpet. The smell came from me using a Bissell carpet cleaner to try and save a few pounds on professional clean. We spent more than the cost of a professional clean on Vanish, Dr Beekmans, Bissell and Dyson products, but the smell remained. We gave Rob a call and he was out to us the same week. Musky, damp smell is gone and the carpets look like new. He gave us good advice on what to do with spillages In future, too. Rob lives up to his excellent reviews. We highly recommend him.

Rob is amazing. Extremely conscientious and a perfectionist. I can't recommend him enough. We asked Rob to rectify another upholstery cleaner's huge mistake on our velvet sofa. The previous cleaning company had ruined our very expensive velvet sofa (he wasn't NCCA trained and was a cowboy). He had used the wrong chemicals and procedure which left our sofa with a hard crust on it. I was devasted. Then I found rob :) Rob cleaned it properly. He came back twice to make sure the sofa was correct. He did his research, and I can't thank him enough. The moral of this story - always use a company that is NCCA trained. Always use Rob.

I was initially worried about being let down because of the snow but Bobby was bang on time, set up efficiently and took absolute care on my property. Bobby is friendly, knowledgeable and gave appropriate advice regarding drying times, what chemicals he was using and the whole process from start to finish. It is very evident he pays a lot of attention to detail, cares very much about doing the best job possible and he left my mattress and carpet looking like they were brand new, which after taking a battering from a sicky dog is no mean feat! I was amazed and impressed at the results, which I am assured will look even better once dried! It is refreshing to have a tradesperson in, that knows their stuff, wants the best results possible for the customer and delivers on those results. Will definitely be using Hercules again!

We had Rob around to do kitchen chairs, as well all the carpets in our house after they took a battering from builders and tradesmen during a loft conversion. Rob was recommended by the builder who had done our loft conversion. Rob messaged me the day before with his time of arrival; he arrived bang on time and took me through everything he was going to do and how it would work and what I would need to do afterwards. He was kind and courteous throughout, including joking with the kids about football! He worked quickly and efficiently to produce an astonishing result. An all round great guy who is incredibly professional and thorough at what he does. A fantastic job and we will be having him back!

Rob was fab! Came at very short notice to do a spot clean on split coffee!! Highly recommend! Word of advice - don’t touch it, call Rob instead - the spray cleaners tend to set the stain rather than anything else. He was great.

Rob arrived like a knight in a white van, carrying a steam vacum, to save me from my filthy carpets courtesy of two children and a dog. We had three bedroom carpets, stairs and hallway carpets cleaned. The results were absolutely fantastic as was the service - friendly, efficient and on time. I couldn't have hoped for more.

Rob was fantastic, extremely helpful and did a fantastic job, saved us having to buy new carpets! Dogs, cats and children are never a good mix with light grey carpet but after having Rob in they have come up like new. He knows his stuff and gave us advice on how to best look after our carpets going forward. Nothing was too much for him and he went above and beyond by coming out to us quickly and helping on a few marks on other carpets that we hadn’t initially asked for. Will be getting back in a couple months to do the sofas. Thanks Rob!

Rob cleaned my sofa recently, he was incredibly friendly and professional and the sofa clean was absolutely amazing. I have a light grey sofa and had no idea how much difference a clean would make, there’s no marks/stains on it now and it’s as good as new!

I used Rob on a rental property a few years ago as the carpets hadn't been cared for. I was originally going to replace them but the transformation was brilliant. Next time the carpet darkens I will just get Rob to clean again rather than replace. He was that good. We moved into our new home in Chislehurst last week and Rob came and transformed the place. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I spoke to Rob about removing a difficult stain from my carpet. He was reassuring and positive and came the next day. The carpet is now good as new. Could not be more delighted as had been trying to remove the stain (coffee) unsuccessfully for a week. I had contacted a couple of other companies and the advice and clarity and responsiveness from Hercules was standout.
