I had just bought myself a new car, and being a painter and decorator, one saturday i discovered paint all over my boot lining, sent belt and plastic trim. I was in tears the whole day, i tried desperately to contact ryan after a recommendation. He got back to me after 15 minutes and reassured me not to panic, and despite being off the clock on a saturday he arranged to meet me at his base in 30 minutes.
