All went very well and Steve helped me move a large item from one room to another. He was very cheery throughout even though it was a very hot day. Steve was wonderful, and in comparison to other carpet cleaners I have used, he is VERY knowledgeable, completely safe to trust to leave in your house should you need to leave at any point, incredibly thorough (which I appreciate). My first time using this company and I would highly recommend them. I had to cancel my first appointment as the house sale was not going through as planned. Steve rebooked the appointment at short notice for the date I had originally booked. Steve arrived on time and did an excellent clean on the carpets where cats had lived. What a great a excellent job. Turned up on time, polite and tidied up afterwards. Both carpets had a combination of old vomit and spilt makeup stains. Once they had finished there was not a trace of the stains. Highly recommended.

When I asked Steve to come and clean my carpets I really thought this is going to be a waste of money, I run a pub and had carried grease up and down my stairs for 6 years so needless to say the carpets were black!!! But I thought let’s give it a go before buying new carpets. To say I was gobsmacked is an understatement, when Steve called me to check I was satisfied I couldn’t believe my eyes, it looked like I had new carpets down. Steve came and cleaned my very dirty carpets today and did an amazing job. I had a number of stains caused by both our dog and children so we are talking about a mixture of stains and he managed to remove them. I would highly recommend the service.
