We recently had the pleasure to use DFC to clean our house, it wasn’t an easy job as the carpets had never been cleaned in 13yrs since they were installed. DFC cleaned our (light coloured) sofa, armchair and rug recently and I was really pleased with the results. Keith and Helen did a great job and from the start were very easy and pleasant to deal with. The results are great and they look like new. Good value and excellent work - I definitely recommend DFC highly and would use again.
After doing such a good job cleaning my cream leather sofa, I asked Keith to se what he could do for my deep red hall/lounge carpet. Due to the dark colour I did not have great expectations as to visual improvement but was very pleasantly surprised. The carpet not only looks much better but gives the rooms a “fresh” feel.

I contacted Helen & Keith to have a look at a red wine stain on my cream linen sofa and I’m so glad I did. It wasn’t a huge stain but it was on the front where it was highly visible. We got DFC in to tackle our never-before-cleaned, linen and cotton 10 year-old-sofa which had been around the world and back with us and so was making my son sneeze everytime he went near it. It has literally been rejuvenated and looks like new, as well as smelling lovely and fresh. DFC exceeded my expectations cleaning 3 carpets and some armchairs. They were super friendly and helpful and after briefing them left them to it. I returned and couldn’t believe how good the results were. They even did a sofa arm I hadn’t noticed for free! Would highly recommend and won’t be leaving it so long next time!

Keith came to clean my ground floor carpet in late spring this year and did an amazing job for me so I did wonder if he and Helen might be able to work their magic on the middle and upper floor carpet which is considerably older - new when I moved here in 2000 so nearly 20 years old. In 4 hours they worked nothing short of a miracle and I came home to a bright, fresh carpet, perfectly dry and not a mark anywhere. I was thinking I would have to replace this old carpet but now that it has been so thoroughly cleaned I have decided to spend my carpet money on new paintwork instead, so very happy customer!

I requested to have our sofas cleaned after a few years of neglect; they had a variety of stains on. They arrived at 10:00 and two hours later our sofas were as good as new. I couldn’t believe the difference in them, they looked brand new! The before and after pictures are amazing. I hopefully wont need Dorset Furnishing Care again as we will take extra care in looking after our sofas, however if we do I will ensure I have these guys to clean them!
My husband searched for a Dorset cleaning company and ‘Dorset furnishings company’ came up. It looked appealing to us as it was a family run business with friendly faces! I met Keith and his wife when they came round to give me a quote- they were very friendly helpful and very happy to help answer any questions giving me a reasonable quote and able to talk through exactly what would happen and when, straight away. Within a few weeks as agreed the work was done, they were very efficient, reliable and quick to organise and complete the work, I was very impressed. Once the cleaning had been done, our carpets felt very fresh and like new despite the mess 2 toddlers have left on it over the last 5 years! A week later my 2 year old daughter managed to get hold of my dark purple nail polish and threw it all over my cream coloured bedroom thick pile carpet- I was so upset, phoned Keith and he was very helpful with his advice and also responsive in that he offered to come round within the week before Christmas to help with the horrific stains- I’m pleased to say he was able to get the stain out (I thought the carpet would be a complete write off!!). Overall we are completely satisfied with the prompt, efficient and helpful service, I couldn’t rate them highly enough, thanku!

Mr and Mrs Williams of D F C advertised in our local community magazine and were punctual, efficient and pre quoted fair price. Low moisture system greatly reduces drying time and excellent result in reviving lounge, hallway and stair carpet. Thankyou
The only company to offer to come and have a look at the job (two riser recliner chairs) before quoting. This resulted in a fair quote. On the day, they arrived on time and were very thorough and careful to protect surrounding areas. Our flat is very small but they coped admirably.
No hesitation in using again and recommend them.
Organised my office carpet to be cleaned at Hallways Office Furniture and I must admit what a great service . Turned up on time and made a superb job of cleaning some very old carpet .
