Helen was brilliant. Travelling quite a way to clean a couch and large chair for us. Covered in loose covers I was at a loss how to get them cleaned. No problem at all for Helen. Due to the covid regulations I sent photos and estimate and advice was given by email and text. Helen worked so hard and the results are great. The furniture looks so much fresher and smells so clean. I am so impressed. Even red nail varnish has been removed successfully. I will wholeheartedly recommend Helen and will certainly use this service in the future.
I cannot praise Helen enough for the work she did on my 15 year old leather suite and carpet they turned out absolutely beautiful. Carroll’s carpets and upholstery cleaning as just done are living room carpet after a puppy we have had a couple of accidents. Can not tell you how good it came up. The seat cushions on our setee had pretty much collapsed. Helen opened up the underside of the setee to acess the cushions, and inserted booster packing. The settee is now like new again. Great job. Would thouroughly recommend.

Honest appraisal given at the outset about the condition of the carpets in a rental property. I was expecting to replace the carpets even after cleaning but thought I should at least try to get them clean. Well what a surprise! An amazing job done by Helen. After spilling a full cup of tea on a very light carpet, I was left with a very dark stain that I thought would not be able to be removed. I did some research and found Helen on the wool association app, Helen has done an absolutely amazing job getting the stain out and I couldn’t be more pleased. Would I use Helen again YES? Helen had done some work for us before so when my wife dropped a full bottle of bright pink nail varnish on our 8 week old carpet I called her. I had tried to remove the stain myself with nail varnish remover without success. I really thought Helen would struggle to get it off. However, her expertise and persistence came to the fore and after several hours of hard graft, she completely removed the stain. An absolutely amazing job that saved the carpet and an insurance claim. Cant recommend her highly enough.

I got Helen’s details from ‘Local Life’ and gave her a call to discuss a deep cleaning following a period of my house being rented out. It’s fair to say my thoughts were that if this doesn’t work, it’s replaceme carpets over the three stories of the house. Rather than giving a ball price, Helen asked to view and quote She arrived promptly on Saturday and quoted to clean the carpets and my suite. We agreed a date Helen arrived and worked throughout the day I was/am amazed at the outcome The carpets (including the two sets of stairs) and the suite look fantastic!
