We have owned our very large Afghan Zeiglar hand made woollen carpet for 14 years, but a 12" (approx. ) round mark gradually appeared near one of the armchairs. Also, the carpet colours generally seemed to have lost some of their vibrancy over time. Research showed that this type of oriental carpet must be professionally cleaned by experts in this particular field, and so I contacted Brio Carpet Care. Gabriel was very helpful from the outset, and collected it and returned it in 7 days. The difference is amazing, with the colours now restored to their original appearance and the mark on the carpet removed. We will certainly use this company again, not only for our oriental carpet cleaning but also for fitted carpets. Thoroughly recommended.
Gabriel cleaned carpets for me in a flat which I was about to rent out. The carpets were quite old, the lounge carpet had dents from furniture and was flattened where most traffic had occurred. After Gabriel had cleaned the carpets they looked like new! I couldn't believe the difference! Gabriel was reliable and polite. I would definitely recommend him.
Unfortunately had a rug with milk spilt on it but didn’t realise until it really began to smell. Although some dry cleaners suggest they can clean rugs I realised this was not a suitable option in this case. As it’s not an expensive rug and only man made fibre but quite new, I thought some of the proper carpet cleaners might be a bit dismissive about doing the job but Gabriel was brilliant. Understood the problem immediately, knew exactly what to do, treated the rug several times to dispose of the bacteria as he wasn’t satisfied with the initial results of the immersion treatment. Collected and Delivered even though I offered to take the rug to him. Very knowledgeable young man, proper customer service. I hope not to need him again but if I do I won’t hesitate to contact him.
