Michael came to clean our sofa and rug, did an excellent job very professional & thorough. Also cleaned our bedroom carpet even though that was a last minute addition. Have known and used him for a few years now & will always recommend him. Thanks again Michael.

We had an Acrylic paint/pouring medium (glue) spillage that had dried on solidly. We thought it could never be removed, but Michael would not give up on it. He cut out the affected fibres (just the fibres, not right through the carpet) and painstakingly attached individual fibres from the edge of the carpet until you could no longer see where the paint spillage had been. Marvellous job. He is a very nice man and meticulous in his work. Arrived when he said he would, which in this day and age is a miracle in itself. Would absolutely recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Michael arrived promptly, started straight away and explained what he was doing and why. When he had finished he packed up just as efficiently, you wouldn't have known he had been! He made arrangements to attend and surveyed the work required. He gave me a written quote for the work, approximation of the duration and the expected results. I accepted his quote immediately and arrangements were made for him to attend. He arrived on time and set to work, he explained what he was doing and why. Upon completion, he removed all of his equipment quickly and cleanly. You would never know he’d been. Outcome: the carpets have regained their as new look, they smell fresh and clean. I was able to walk on them almost immediately he had completed his work. I was most impressed by his meticulous attention to detail and determination to achieve the best results. I am delighted with the outcome. He was personable and a pleasant personality. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring their carpets cleaned.
