My name is Billy Russell and I'm the owner of Billy Russell Floorcare. My mother began our contract cleaning company in 1988, this is where my passion for cleaning began, especially carpet, upholstery and stone floor care!

I knew back then that this is what I wanted to do, I started learning my trade filling buckets and emptying the carpet cleaning machine, over the following 10years I honed my skills, but my thirst for knowledge lead me to Prochem Europe in Chessington, where I did my first official carpet and upholstery cleaning course, I was hooked on education, I then wanted to know more and more, I then became a Proud member of the NCCA( The National Carpet Cleaners Association) after completing they're course and passing the required exams, I then became an IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified company after passing the required exams. I've also recently become a Woolsafe Fibre Care Specialist and approved company.

But I still wanted more, I wanted to give my customers the best possible service I could. In November 2013, I was voted on to the board of directors of the NCCA, a very proud moment of my career, but I continue to learn, going to 3 or 4 industry events every year, developing my skills further and staying up to date with modern techniques and methods.
