My sofa’s had taken the brunt of two kids and a dog when Louisa came to clean them. She was so thorough researching the fabric and making sure she could provide the best possible service after I had used the wrong cleaning products and left water marks all over them. She did an incredible job and they look amazing once again. Now to keeps the kids away!

Well what can I say .. Louise came to do some bedroom carpets at the hotel Marriott in Didcot and wow she was professional from start to finish. We knew some of the stains were not coming out and she told me this at the first site review. The carpets came up better than I thought and she did 5 bedroom carpets and a hall way. The smell was lovely and the dirty water was bad. She sent me pictures of before and after. I will always use her from now on. Great person to have as a contractor. Many thanks to her she was just fantastic
