Fantastic service - very knowledgeable and gave lots of advice going forward. They cleaned a 5 seater corner sofa, 4 seater corner sofa, and a cream carpet, for a great price. Worth every penny! Our cream carpet now looks brand new despite having a toddler and dog in the house. They even got red wine stains out of the cream carpet! On this occasion he cleaned a light cream patterned carpet in our lounge that is several years old, the improvement in the brightness and contrast of the patterned carpet is much better than I had hoped for. This is the second time I've used this company as they do a great job. We've had a big garden job and a new sofa with a different shape. This has left our carpet looking dull and we could see the lines from the previous sofa. The clean took around 25 minutes and back to brand new. The staff are always really friendly and happy to give advice on the care of the carpets. They are also aaheeing to covid regulations by wearing masks and keeping distance throughout the job.

I booked to have a full house clean in a property I rent out. Some rooms which were high traffic areas were heavily stained but they managed to remove every single mark and the carpets look good as new! The service was excellent as usual. My carpet is only a year old, but I have a spaniel and two kids under the age of 4 so the cream carpet was covered in sticky sweet marks, ground in chocolate biscuits and muck brought in by the dog. I was ready to take it up and get wood flooring but my husband convinced me to get it cleaned first and then decide. Safe to say the carpet can stay a little longer! It looks brand new, all the sticky marks are gone and the colour is fresh cream again! I’m very very happy. Nuch was so friendly, very professional and made sure every stain has been removed. I have had this company come to the house many times over the years, they are always very professional, polite and do a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets and my sofas. Having three little boys under the age of six and two long haired dogs, the house can look dirty, everything looks brand new when they leave. I would not go to anyone else now for cleaning the carpets and sofas.

They did a really good job on a difficult carpet. I had cream woollen carpets through out my flat, covered in different stains. I was told from the beginning they might not all come out because of the type of stain, and type of carpet. I was very pleased with the result and all the stains were gone. It looked brighter, softer and smelled lovely. I will defiantly use them again.
