Would highly recommend, Alex is a thorough professional that obviously knows what he's doing. My carpets look like new and the process was fully explained. The equipment that was used was able to clean to the bottom off the pile and Alex showed me what was extracted, very impressed!

Alex is friendly and polite, he talked me through the process and the results speak for themselves! I'm so happy don't think my carpets have looked this clean for years and they're so dry. Ive spent almost as much renting machines to to have wet carpets for days that don't look any better. Very happy and will be using Alexander's every year now.
