Tony visited us nearly 2 weeks ago now to deal with some stains on our carpets. He arrived punctually and was very efficient paying special attention to a particular stubborn stain. Thanks so much Tony for your care and attention. We intend to use your company to clean all the carpets in the house. He said if he couldn't get rid of the stains then he'd fill in required forms for our insurance company and we wouldn't be charged. I call that service to customers.

My daughter got purple felt tip pen on an orange velvet chair. It also had a biro mark on it. We called lots of people during the weekend but Tony came to the rescue and managed to get over to us on the Monday. He couldn’t have been more helpful and clearly knew his stuff. He managed to get the marks out quickly and it now looks as good as new. Quality service and nice friendly personable staff. We even got a quick quote for cleaning the carpets in our house which we will definitely do. I’d 100% recommend. Massive thumbs up and my daughter is relieved too
