Will and Heather came today, at short notice, to clean a once very beautiful large L-shaped sofa upholstered in crushed velvet now covered in very stubborn white dog hairs, dog coat oils and general dirt accumulated over many years. They did an amazing job - the sofa now looks almost as good as new and is certainly beautiful again - many thanks. Will use again and definitely recommend.

Will turned up on time, and there were no complaints about the difficulties presented (a top-floor site when he was working on his own). All done efficiently and professionally. Hardly his fault that the carpet stain merely lessened rather than disappeared: it was several years old, and probably gloss paint - a challenge to anyone. I had hoped the stain would go, so would have given four and a half stars had it been possible; as it's not possible it has to be five. Will use again.

I was very pleased at the excellent job carried out by Cotswold Carpet Cleaners on my lounge carpet. It has rejuvenated a rather tired and old carpet which should now last for a few more years. They also removed some varnish marks which I didn’t think would come out! I would recommend them without hesitation.

Professional company, could not have been more polite, reasonable cost . Ours was a difficult job, over near Bibury, with remnants of builders dust, along with cat hairs and pet and grandchildren detritus . We have a beautiful old Chinese rug, I thought it was beyond redemption, Until Will & Heather came along, they dry Vacuumed, did a colourfast test, pile groomed, cleaned, dried and applied a stain shield , it looks fabulous, so do all my carpets, which where cleaned and dry within 6 hours I cannot recommend this company highly enough,. even the cats approve. Will be using them again, thanks Will & Heather.

Having recently moved house I needed carpets cleaning and an odour treating in one of the bedrooms. A glass of red wine had spilled on the cream coloured carpet during a party and I was worried it would be impossible to get it up.
