Elliot came and cleaned a wool rug today. When he initially contacted me he told me he would have to come along and do some testing. I thought “don’t worry it’s only a rug from Next worth a couple of hundred pounds”. But when he came to do the testing he explained that his tests told him what chemicals he could use - especially on wool. So, he came today to clean the rug and all I can say is it looks like it does on the day I bought it! And getting it cleaned was less than half the price of getting a new one! I didn’t think it was that dirty until I saw all the muck come out of it! Elliot is passionate about his work and actually cares about getting the best end result for his customers. He was very thorough and did such an amazing job. On top of all that he’s a lovely guy. I would not hesitate to tell anyone to give Elliot a call - you certainly will not be disappointed!
