I got my carpet cleaned by a company called supreme carpet cleaning... and they did such a terrible job to the point my daughter couldn’t sleep in her room as he made the carpet stink so much! After being so upset, I was looking for someone to sort it out .... I can across HERCULES... I took my chance he came the next day!!! My carpet looks and smells amazing!!! He explains everything .. he does his so professional at his job !! He literally made my carpet new again!!! I couldn’t recommend this company enough!!!! Thank you

The manufacturers of my carpet advised that I should get it professionally cleaned as it is a very deep pile, so very hard to spot clean. David has done a fantastic job, it’s totally freshened it up without losing the fluffiness. Also had the sofas cleaned which have come up like new. Called after my carpet picked up a particularly nasty oil stain. John provided good advice on the phone, and quickly ascertained the details needed to obtain a quote and book an appointment (about a week of waiting). After arriving John was very polite and informative, and got to work right away. He wore a face mask for the entire job, which was an appreciated courtesy. He spent about 45 minutes on the stain in total and upon completion the carpet looked as good as new. He had warned in advance there might be some discolouration due to some home remedies we'd tried before calling, but honestly I cannot see any issues with it after completion. The final invoice came in lower than the original quote, which was a nice surprise. Overall a very satisfactory service.

Just Had my carpets and soffa cleaned after my active dogs brought mud in over the winter with amazing results. They all look new. Martin is a really nice guy and he is clearly a true professional. I will use him again and he isn't expensive also.

In the past I have hired a Rug Doctor to clean carpets in my rented house. However this service was far better and no more expensive. Specific chemicals were used on the different stains. There was no hiring, cleaning and returning the machine. No need to have ID and a deposit. No extra costs for chemicals.

I contacted Anthony through the auspices of the NCCA - he was the nearest operator and we asked him to bid for a small carpet cleaning task (hallway, stairs, office, some loose carpets). He visited, assessed and provided a written priced bid on the spot with service scope noted, which we accepted. He came at the appointed time, did the work, asked us about some finer points, did not carry on blindly, and did a first class job using his specialist equipment. During his 3 hour visit discussion gave us several helpful tips for future carpet care. We strongly recommend Anthony Barry, will use him again, and will mention his service to a number of fiends in the locality. His work and price was to us very good value. Highly recommended.

I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and have always had a low opinion of carpet cleaners because the standards were so poor. My dad told me to use abracadabra cleaning and I must say I was really impressed with the service they gave me they got all the marks other carpet cleaners claimed were impossible to remove .the carpets were really deep cleaned to a very high standard I fully endorse them and yes I paid a lot more money but it was worth every penny.

My mother had a carpet which had seen better days, we considered replacing it ,but decided to see if it could be cleaned up we didn't know who to trust and wanted a real professional, Abracadabra Cleaning came and did the job, my mother is nervous and we chose the company because they are National Trading Standards approved. We had a very stained carpet and were due to have a new one laid just as Covid-19 lockdown began. We contacted Paul and asked if he could work his magic and give us another few months out of it. My family went into self isolation due to Covit 19 and Abracadabra Cleaning were the only company truely qualified to de contaminate my home as they are also forensic cleaners .Martin was so polite ,professional and used a specialised machine to sanatise my home and cars .He was the only person to say that his products should in theory work but that hadn't been properly tested by the manufacters .All the other company's said the complete opposite which I found disturbing ,I chose Martin as he showed real integrity and professionalism and he wasn't expensive too .Thank you Martin if you read this ,thank you for making my home safe and for being such a gent

Excellent service from ProCarpet Clean. My capers had been well worn with 2 children growing from babies to children and a dog. Jon cleaned out carpets so well that they now look like the did when they were new. Nothing was too much trouble for Jon and he was very thorough. I also had my sofa cleaned and that has come up fantastic and Jon was very conscious of testing the material and making sure the treatment would t harm the sofa. We found Jon in the Bramley after an attempt to self-clean stains on our hall and lounge carpets did not give very good results. He came to look at the job and then returned on Bank Holiday Monday while the rest of us were enjoying the sunshine and made a fantastic job of renewing the carpets for us. We’ve used Powerdean’s services to have our disastrous slate kitchen floor deep cleaned, sealed and waxed as well as our sitting room carpet cleaned. I can’t recommend them more highly. I can honestly say that we have received excellent service, value for money and professionalism from Powerdean. We have a light grey two seater sofa bed which was looking worse for wear after having dog paw prints and other drink stains on the cushions, we were considering replacing the whole sofa but thought we’d ask Chris if he’d come over and provide a quote. Chris was honest and said that he thought he’d be able to get most stains out but there may be a couple of sunlight damaged areas.... we decided it was worth giving it go and we are sooooo pleased we did. I have just had Powerdean carry out some works on my home after getting it back in a extremely bad state from a tenant. After getting a few quotes, I wasn't really happy with the lack of confidence these companies had in their own abilities to restore my house back to its former glory. then I found Powerdean via a google search, when typing in "tile and floor restoration experts near me" in a desperate hope to find what I needed. After a short chat on the phone (they picked up to me on a Sunday night), Chris was telling me everything I wanted to hear and I knew i found the right people! When I returned into my house in a couple of days, the transformation was incredible. not only had all the tiles, bathroom suite, and kitchen been put as good as new. but so were the carpets, all the light fittings and switches, the doors and windows, walls and skirting. Everything they touched has been restored as good as new!! If i'm being completely honest, they were a little more expensive than the other quotes I had, but worth every penny, and a bargain when it comes to the effort they put into the final project. And as the saying goes - you get what you pay for! do it once and do it right. I cannot recommend this company enough. if you are really looking for someone to not only do a proper job, but to work some magic on your home, give them a call

I used Rob on a rental property a few years ago as the carpets hadn't been cared for. I was originally going to replace them but the transformation was brilliant. Great service, due to lockdown my rugs were collected, cleaned and then delivered back to me. Two treated as my cats had piddled on them! When they were returned, not only did the cats not bother with them they looked brand new! So much so we decided to get other rugs cleaned too! We had almost given up on clean carpets after house was rented out, and "cleaned'... but Spencer and Zac advised us we would love their result...and we really do! Carpets were soon dry, no smell, and all stains gone...just like new carpets! Recommend them highly.

A leaking radiator valve resulted in staining of the beige coloured 80% wool carpet over an area approximately 1m diameter. John attended to review the situation and was quietly confident that he could make a significant improvement. He was transparent in his pricing of the job, time required, and the range of possible outcomes. Chemicals were applied to the stain, then time allowed for them to work, followed by a machine wash/clean, 90 mins later we had a vastly improved situation. Once everything had dried the staining was pretty much gone - an excellent result that exceeded our expectations and avoided the need for a replacement carpet. John is very knowledgeable in his field, takes great pride in his work to get the best result and is very professional in all aspects of the services he provides. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely use Clean & Fresh again.

We had our two seater sofa and armchair cleaned. They were both quite dirty and stained. John came out and spent 2 hours doing a 5 stage clean, which left both items looking like brand new. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I spoke to Rob about removing a difficult stain from my carpet. He was reassuring and positive and came the next day. The carpet is now good as new. Could not be more delighted as had been trying to remove the stain (coffee) unsuccessfully for a week. I had contacted a couple of other companies and the advice and clarity and responsiveness from Hercules was standout.

I’ve tried a couple of carpet cleaners in my local area, and Matt Steele is the best. As I have a little baby i was concerned about the chemicals being used on the carpet. However Matt assured me that all of the chemicals he uses are child friendly. The carpets, chair and sofa he cleaned look like new. Everything was dry by the time I got home from work. I had the pleasure today of meeting Doncaster Carpet Cleaners. I say pleasure because that is what is was . I had recently had a new kitchen fitted and building work done so the carpets were very soiled. With a smile I was assured it would not be a problem to get them looking like new. They were very quick and efficient, they worked hard and delivered a fantastic result in just over an hour. My stairs, hallway and living room are now immaculate, all dry and fresh. I was so pleased with the result I have booked them again next week to clean my three piece. I recommend them wholeheartedly you won’t be disappointed .

My daughter dropped a bottle of fuschia pink nail varnish on our cream carpets. I cleaned it the best I could but there was still a large visible stain on our stairs. I was hesitant that Jon would be able to do anything as i had tried to tackle it myself and a few days had passed however Jon removed all traces of the stain, which was incredible. Jon was very professional, friendly and can perform magic when cleaning carpets!!! I'm so pleased to have found Terry. Following a thorough review of my carpets and flooring, including taking dye tests, I was provided with a quotation. This represented approximately 5% of the value of the carpets. Terry completed the carpet cleaning task in my family home, which represented 7 large rooms plus three storey hall, stairs and landings, in the allotted time. I was delighted with the end result. All the dust marks removed from under doors and around skirtings and all those spots and marks removed from frequently used areas. There was no loss of colour. The loop stair carpets came up a treat with all treads restored to near new quality. To complete the job Terry restored my Karndean flooring in the vestibule, removing all the grime from 10 years of constant use by my family. Thankyou Terry.

These guys cleaned my parents lazy boy 3 piece suite. It was very dirty from at least 10 years of dirt, allot from dark denim. They did warn my parents results for denim don't always work. The sofa and chairs look new! Professional attitude from owners.

I have had the All Seasons team to clean my sofa and my oven on two separate occasions. Firstly nobody would clean my sofa as its a faux suede. Lee came to look and immediately confirmed it was a leather he could clean. He explained the process and set to work leaving excellent results. Family too commented on the results, it looked new again! The second visit was my oven, I had originally purchased my oven second hand, and cleaned with oven pride.... Didn't quite cut it, as 4 months later I couldn't see though the door. All seasons came and cleaned it. It was spot on, he even managed to get the light working as the bulb I had wasn't working. This team are efficient and worth every penny. Should I choose to have my carpets cleaned next they will be the first people I contact because of the excellent service and results I've had so far.

Domestic Dazzle cleaned two, rather dirty very large rugs for us and they did a fantastic job. They were punctual, friendly and polite, worked tidily and cleaned our rugs thoroughly, even combing out the fringes and cleaning them separately. The rugs look wonderful and don’t smell any more. All seasons cleaning arrived at my property yesterday punctually and professionally cleaned my hall, lounge, stairs and landing, they did an excellent and professional job, they were friendly and completed the cleaning in under 2 hours, I am pleased with how my carpets look now compared to before... 10 times better and they gave me a bottle of cleaning solution if I get a stain on the carpets. Jon from C2 carpet care squeezed me in following a dog accident. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He even putting floor protectors down on the wooden flooring where he stored his items. I asked him to clean the entire upstairs including stairs. Mark and Linda did a deep clean on my holiday lodge. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend there services. This clean included the carpets, ovan and fridge. Everything was left sparkling clean and fresh. I was so happy. Mark and Linda are both extremely professional and went out there way to accommodate all I asked for. Have booked them in to do a clean every fortnight going forward. I’ve used other cleaning companies before and none of them met the high standards of mark and Linda.

We have owned our very large Afghan Zeiglar hand made woollen carpet for 14 years, but a 12" (approx. ) round mark gradually appeared near one of the armchairs. Also, the carpet colours generally seemed to have lost some of their vibrancy over time. Research showed that this type of oriental carpet must be professionally cleaned by experts in this particular field, and so I contacted Brio Carpet Care. Gabriel was very helpful from the outset, and collected it and returned it in 7 days. The difference is amazing, with the colours now restored to their original appearance and the mark on the carpet removed. We will certainly use this company again, not only for our oriental carpet cleaning but also for fitted carpets. Thoroughly recommended.

I had to call David out to help with my elderly mothers bathroom carpet: She'd managed to flood the shower, soaking the carpet, which now stank. He came out very quickly, inspected it all and quickly found a solution. After lifting some of the carpet, so the underlay was exposed, he left his industrial fans there to dry it all out, inspected it again and then cleaned it. Making it like new. He refused to take more than his normal charge for cleaning 1 carpet. With an elderly vulnerable mum I often worry about how trustworthy tradespeople are but he is a true gent, highly professional and went above and beyond for her.

Always an excellent job done. I would not use any other cleaning company as I am always satisfied with what they have done.

DFC exceeded my expectations cleaning 3 carpets and some armchairs. They were super friendly and helpful and after briefing them left them to it. Carpets cleaned in one large room and awkward landing, also a large expensive rug was cleaned. Simon shifted heavy furniture to get all the areas spotless. I was very impressed by his professional approach, and the final result is that the carpets and rug looks if they are new!

I have had this company come to the house many times over the years, they are always very professional, polite and do a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets and my sofas. Having three little boys under the age of six and two long haired dogs, the house can look dirty, everything looks brand new when they leave. I would not go to anyone else now for cleaning the carpets and sofas.

Eclipse Deep Clean (Jim) was recommended by a friend who recently had their own carpets cleaned. Richard came out at the last minute before Christmas to clean my aging carpets that had housed dogs, cats and children for many years. He agreed to come at 6pm, but arrived earlier after sending me a text. He worked solidly for 3 and a half hours and has mader both my carpets and upholstery look respectable for the first time in years. I will definitely be using his services again.

Russ' service was first class and at very short notice he booked in the job. The milk spill was cleaned/disinfected and the car is now rid of the milk odour. The Barn had rodent problems and J& L knew exactly how to disinfect and deep clean a v v messy problem with difficulty in access to under kitchen cupboards. They were just brilliant and thorough and will definitely use them again and highly recommended.

Many thanks to Darren who did a great job cleaning/polishing the flag stone floors of my Grade 11 listed property. The floors had been neglected for many years and they came up beautifully. Darren was reliable, friendly, trustworthy and communicated well throughout and I can't recommend his services enough.

I recently booked to have my carpets cleaned by the hot water extraction method. The job was done in less than 1.5hrs. According to their website the cleaning would remove a lot of the dirt in heavily used areas like the hallways, near the front door, etc. Unfortunately this did not happen. Only a few small stains were treated by the cleaner before the wash. The majority of the steps listed on their website were never followed so I can say the before and after pictures of my carpets would have been the same and not at all as shown on their website. The 2 stars are for the fact that the cleaner was polite and on time. Not receommended.
