We will never give a quotation over the telephone, simply because we want to see the job for ourselves, prepare the right chemicals, and advise you properly of what is possible, before we arrive to clean. Carpets and upholstery fabrics vary as much as the clothes we wear, and every job tends to require some kind of individual care, in order to effectively remove staining*, and most importantly, to protect your carpets.
We use many variations of cleaning solutions, brushes, and techniques for each job, in order to give you the very best possible clean for your home.

A perfect example was a bedroom that I cleaned recently [inhabited by 8 year old twin girls!] it was covered with felt tip pen, some gum, and many other little pieces of stickers, glitter, and several unknown sticky marks! After nearly 3 hours work, 5 special spotting solutions, and a thorough grooming of the pile [which was completely fused and crushed in many sections] 2 complete hot water extractions following application of a heavy duty cleaning solution, [only possible, because the pre-surveyed fabric in the carpet was acknowledged as able to take it]. With a further final session of stain removal and a thorough rinse with a special anti-bacterial/fungicidal solution, the carpet was clean and ready! The customer could not believe her eyes; the carpet was soon to be destined for the local tip, but with some care and expertise, it was clean again, with the original colour restored, and 98% of marks removed* and hygienic again, for the girls to play on.
This was not a standard job!

We also offer hard floor cleaning and polishing, as well as on site cleaning of curtains and upholstery.

* As with any professional cleaner, we will consistently endeavour to safely remove all stains and marks. However sometimes a mark will be either too stubborn to remove safely, or that the damage has become permanent. We may be able to fade [or 'reduce'] the stain to an acceptable level for you. One key issue can be irreparable bleaching by the sun, of carpets and curtains especially, or an issue with a previous DIY cleaning of a stain, that has de-coloured the area around the stain; in these instances we will advise you when we visit for the pre-survey.
