When I contacted ProSteamUK about a garden waste spillage in my car, Russ was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the issue and potential scale of the problem. He was honest and upfront about what would be involved and instrumental in getting to the root of the problem, even liaising with the car garage to get the car booked in and prepared for him to carry out his service. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Russ was quick to respond to my enquiry, came round and quoted for the job I needed doing and suggested additional services we will use in due course. Turned up on time, polite, quick, tidy, considerate - a job very well done and the furniture has come up like new! Very happy customer and I have recommended Pro Steam to others already.

Excellent job yesterday by Pro Steam. My floor was badly marked from build up of previous sealants. After Russ had worked his magic it looked amazing, all marks gone, and floor looks good as new! Would highly recommend Russ, professional job.
