Chris was referred to us by our local carpet retailer. We had two sofas and cushions that needed cleaning. Chris was easy to contact, gave us a firm quote and was able to undertake the work within a reasonable timescale. I can honestly say that we have received excellent service, value for money and professionalism from Powerdean. We have a light grey two seater sofa bed which was looking worse for wear after having dog paw prints and other drink stains on the cushions, we were considering replacing the whole sofa but thought we’d ask Chris if he’d come over and provide a quote. Chris was honest and said that he thought he’d be able to get most stains out but there may be a couple of sunlight damaged areas.... we decided it was worth giving it go and we are sooooo pleased we did. The sofa looks brand new, clean and just perfect! Thank you Chris, we will see you in a couple of weeks for the carpets!!
I have just had Powerdean carry out some works on my home after getting it back in a extremely bad state from a tenant. After getting a few quotes, I wasn't really happy with the lack of confidence these companies had in their own abilities to restore my house back to its former glory. then I found Powerdean via a google search, when typing in "tile and floor restoration experts near me" in a desperate hope to find what I needed. After a short chat on the phone (they picked up to me on a Sunday night), Chris was telling me everything I wanted to hear and I knew i found the right people! When I returned into my house in a couple of days, the transformation was incredible. not only had all the tiles, bathroom suite, and kitchen been put as good as new. but so were the carpets, all the light fittings and switches, the doors and windows, walls and skirting. Everything they touched has been restored as good as new!! If i'm being completely honest, they were a little more expensive than the other quotes I had, but worth every penny, and a bargain when it comes to the effort they put into the final project. And as the saying goes - you get what you pay for! do it once and do it right. I cannot recommend this company enough. if you are really looking for someone to not only do a proper job, but to work some magic on your home, give them a call
Called Chris for a quote, he arrived exactly on time. Received the competitive quote and agreed for Powerdean to do the job. Arrived on time to start the job and kept me up to speed with how the day was to proceed. Completed on time. He has made our top quality carpets that are 12 years old look and feel like new again. Just great.

I would recommend Powerdean without hesitation. Chris was very responsive to my initial enquiry and fitted in a quote visit very quickly. He offered lots of carpet care advice for free during the visit, made a useful recommendation for another service I needed, and sent the quote through on the same day. I was mid-house move and he was very flexible around my other commitments. The clean was great and worth the money (other lower quotes were tempting but they were sent without even visiting the property so I did not have confidence in them!) but it is the service and commitment to customer satisfaction that sets Powerdean apart.
I’m so glad I was recommended Chris, we had another company come and clean our carpets and an arm chair but they were drenched and still sopping wet a day later. They didn’t look any cleaner and the chair started to smell badly. Chris was a bit more expensive than the other company but it was well worth the extra, he got rid of the smell, cleaned and dried everything so we could use it almost straight away and was very professional about everything. He was honest, very friendly and I can’t recommend his services enough. He’s coming back to clean and seal our tiled floor in a few weeks.
2nd time I have had my carpets cleaned by Chris. I didn't think it would look that different this time as it's older and was even grubbier then the first time but he hasn't failed to amaze me. Another cracking job and even got out some pretty nasty stains and marks. Highly recommended!
Chris cleaned two two-seater sofas, lounge and bedroom carpets. He provided a very good service and we were very pleased with the results, especially the bedroom carpet, which we were thinking we might have to replace ! WE would be very pleased to recommend him.
