Based in Whitburn, South Tyneside, Plush Care provides specialist carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning for domestic and commercial customers throughout Sunderland, South Tyneside, Newcastle, Gateshead and the surrounding North East.

As an Associate Member of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA), we take a careful, informed approach to cleaning, recognising that different carpets, fabrics and floor coverings require different methods and treatments.

Depending on the material and its condition, we use hot water extraction, low-moisture or very-low-moisture cleaning methods, supported by specialist equipment and carefully selected cleaning products.

We work with both synthetic and natural fibres, including wool carpets and more delicate upholstery fabrics where additional care and consideration may be required.

Stain removal is assessed individually, as the outcome can depend on the substance involved, the material affected and any previous attempts at removal. We believe in giving customers realistic advice rather than promising results that cannot always be achieved.
