We had billy out to revamp our downstairs floors it’s safe to say they really are back to there former glory!!
We enquired with Billy as we wanted my mothers suites cleaned since they haven’t been cleaned in some years. Billy & his team were fantastic & brought my mum’ velvet furniture back to life. Including 6 matching dining chairs. We didn’t believe they were worth changing due to my mothers age & now we are really glad we didn’t. (Thank you for being so polite & patient with mum’s poor hearing too!)
Highly recommend Nel’s carpet cleaning lots of knowledge on all products and what would be best for the carpets. Cream is hard to keep clean but bought up the smallest of stains reasonably priced and a friendly service. The best bit is the smell it leaves and choosing from a number of scents get booking asap!
I made an emergency call to billy after water from my roof had leaked in and stained the carpet below. He was quick to act and came round at short notice, within a couple of hours he had fixed the patch of carpet and looked good as new. Can’t fault this guy, he’s super professional and the service provided is unmatched. Defo recommend!
Billy did a really excellent and very professional job. He sent a text before he arrived AND arrived at the arranged time He explained the stages of the cleaning process etc before starting. He has an amazingly equipped van with all the necessary tools and cleaning products to tackle the job. The property ( rental) had just been redecorated between tenants and there was no damage or marking to the new paint work when he’d finished. The carpets were 99% dry ( totally dried within 1-2 hrs) and looked as good as new after he had cleaned them. The ceramic tiled floor in the kitchen which had been very grubby and greasy looked fantastic and the grouting looked like new. He was both tidy and polite. Very satisfied with the work and I have already booked Billy again to do another property for me next week.
Had the chaps from Nel’s Carpet Cleaning Ltd in today & I must say I’m impressed! I had my lounge carpet (Axminster) Dry Cleaned at my instructions. (It wasn’t very dirty but after the Christmas break I felt a little freshen up whilst Billy was here seemed necessary.) We also had our linen suites cleaned. They look like they did 15 years ago. The white was dull & faded, it’s now crisp! Really pleased. Will book again!
Another Excellent Job! This time we had our daughters bedroom carpet fully cleaned. As expected it looks fantastic! Could not be happier with the outcome! This is now the 3rd time we have used Nel's recently and will be using again when required!
