We have used Matt Steele cleaning services for a number of years partially with cream carpets and small children. I have a very large lounge that hasn’t been deep cleaned in over a decade, 5 years since a normal carpet cleaner tackled it! Matt brought it back to life despite very worn in dirt and stains from my puppies that have had very dirty paws! It is looking fresh and I no longer need to be embarrassed! My newer stairs carpet are now stain free also and look brand new again. Matt was professional from start to finish, was happy to come in and clean even without my 2 large dogs in the house and I could trust him to come in and do the job whilst I was at work. Matt gave me a quote in good time. When he arrived he explained his covid safety measures and what he would do and what would work best as I was working from home. He then cracked on and I wish I had taken before and after photos! As a childminder and an owner or frequently muddy dogs, my carpets get a lot of wear and now they look (and smell) great! I am really, really pleased as I did not think they would look this good! He also advised me on after care. I would highly recommend Matt. He was professional, friendly and I am so happy. Will use again.
Matt cleaned our sofa's after they had got damp in storage and made them look and smell like new again. He even got rid of a persistent doggy whiff that other cleaners had not been able to remove. Very friendly and professional service and all COVID secure. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Matt did a great job on my carpets. They look like new! They were pretty grubby from years of kids and animals tramping over them so I was really surprised at how well he got them so clean. He was a lovely guy and charged a very reasonable price. Very happy to recommend Matt!

I’ve tried a couple of carpet cleaners in my local area, and Matt Steele is the best. As I have a little baby i was concerned about the chemicals being used on the carpet. However Matt assured me that all of the chemicals he uses are child friendly. The carpets, chair and sofa he cleaned look like new. Everything was dry by the time I got home from work.
