Fantastic service from Marlin Cleaning. We requested a quote from Mark to clean all the carpets in our new home. The lounge, one bedroom and stairs were pretty badly stained but Mark assured us he could vastly improve them. We received a very agreeable quote so booked in him straight in. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mark and Linda. From my initial telephone enquiry to completion of the job they have been both professional and friendly. mark and linda came to clean my mums carpet and 3 piece suite today. they did such a thorough and professional job. they managed to remove several quite bad stains from the three piece and that now looks almost brand new again despite being around 20 years old. and the carpet looks great as well it had several pet stains from my mums dog which sadly had to be put down at the age of 19 a few weeks ago and it had been basically incontinent the last few weeks of it’s life leaving lots of stains on the carpet which are all now gone. so i highly recommend mark and linda to anyone they simply do a fantastic job.

In the past I have hired a Rug Doctor to clean carpets in my rented house. However this service was far better and no more expensive. Specific chemicals were used on the different stains. There was no hiring, cleaning and returning the machine. No need to have ID and a deposit. No extra costs for chemicals.

A large corner unit plus 2 armchairs and a large stool never previously cleaned in 7 years and regretfully allowed to become very dirty and badly stained. Contacted Marlin and Mark paid a visit to look at and examine said offending items. Spent a considerable time examining and testing as no cleaning instructions were available. Was finally happy that the items could be cleaned without any damage to the materials. Appointment made for the work to be carried out, Mark and Linda arrived on the day within a few minutes of the agreed time. A considerable time was spent trying different cleaning agents to decide which would give the best results. When the job was completed I personally was exceptionally pleased with the final results but both Mark and Linda expressed some disappointment as they had not been able to achieve what they regarded as a perfect job. This, in my opinion, was testimony to the exceptional high standards that they expect of themselves. As already stated, I was exceptionally pleased with the results which had exceeded my expectations anyway. In fact, I was so pleased I asked for a quotation for the cleaning of all the carpets and rugs and that will carried out in a week or so time. I have every confidence that I will be just as pleased with the service and end result as I was with the suite. In conclusion, I would recommend Marlin without hesitation.
