We wanted our carpet and Sofa cleaned as they were looking a little bit tired, but we’re not that old and very expensive. We contacted Fresh Start Clean as they were registered with the NCCA as our sofa was very expensive and we wanted peace of mind that the cleaning company knew what they were doing and would not damage anything. Fresh Start Clean were easy to contact and surprisingly were very reasonable, the quote being the same as unregistered/unqualified companies. Helen came to do the job and everything looked professional from the start. They did a fantastic job and out sofa and carpet came up looking almost as good as new, with a small stain on the sofa being removed, with Helen explaining how the chemicals worked. I cannot recommend Fresh Start Clean and Helen enough. A competitively priced, qualified and registered company who you can trust. We have them booked next week to do a pre Christmas clean before our family descends for the holiday celebrations. I cannot rate Fresh Start Clean Highly enough.

We had previously rented our property out and the carpets were horrendous, we were going to rip them out, they came to assess the carpet and suggested that we might be able to be save them. She identified the many different stains and managed to remove almost all of them. Really amazed at how well they came up and it saved us the cost and trouble of laying all new carpets.
