Hi, my name is Kevin and my wife's name is Mair.

I have been cleaning and restoring carpets, upholstery and hard floors since 1989 (yikes! that's going back a bit!) and have gained an immense amount of knowledge and experience throughout the years.
Apart from not being able to pronounce my wife's own name correctly in a welsh accent (I'm from Yorkshire), after years of training with some of the leading instructors, there aren't many situations, problems or challenges that I haven't faced yet.

I've waited a few weeks to write a review because I wanted to see how quickly the carpet re-soiled. Pleased to say there is no stickiness at all and it has stayed as clean as it was the day it was finished. I didn't expect my 13 year old carpet to come up looking anywhere near as good as it does, excellent results.
Absolutely delighted! Such a lovely pair who did a fabulous job. Super friendly but I was slightly worried they would run off with my new Sofology sofa as they both fell in love with it. Highly recommend them to clean anyone's carpets.

Mair and Kev offer a brilliant professional, courteous service. We booked them two weeks before we needed the cleaning carried out and as always arrived exactly when they said they would. They cleaned a living room carpet, stairs and landing and two sofas. When they had finished their work all looked like brand new items with a new lease of life. Our carpet had seen plenty of mess due to our 1-year-old who loves to spill things, but it's now looking better than when we moved in! Mair replied almost as soon as I messaged and was able to schedule a date and time to meet my needs. Mair was very honest and realistic about what could be achieved and warned me that not all stains could be removed. Having had Kevin and Mair out 20 months ago during puppy mishaps thought it was time to get them back as my wife was getting embarrassed by the state of our hallway carpet. Efficient, professional and always friendly couldn't imagine using anyone else. 5 well deserved stars.
