My experience with Darren has been fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable about his products. My lounge carpet looked fantastic when it was cleaned and I was extremely happy with everything he did. The following day Darren cleaned and treated my karndean flooring. Darren came initially to review our cleaning requirements and give us an estimate and also explained his methods of cleaning and the equipment involved. Cross Cleaning Company did a thorough and very efficient job. He gave us an estimate for the job which was quite expensive but worth every penny. We had Amtico floors cleaned, also a rug and dining chairs plus our sofa and 2 easy chairs. Everything came up beautifully and the furniture was dry and ready to use the same day.

Darren did an amazing job with our wool rug, he came within 24 hours at a time that suited us. He’s a really nice genuine person who offers an excellent service and amazing results.
Our carpets were absolutely covered in stains (some v bad) and so I didn't hold out much hope. Also I'd had them cleaned previously and not had great results but Darren worked an absolute miracle on them! Not only did 99% of the stains get removed (the couple that didn't were lightened) it brought up the pile on the carpets which made them look so much fresher. I would highly recommend using Darren and will certainly be using him again.
In the past few years, I have engaged several firms to quote on the cleaning and restoration of a slate kitchen floor. Unfortunately, the quotes were either uncompetitive or were unable to demonstrate the benefits of their service. Cross Cleaning were able to demonstrate what was possible from their cleaning and restoration by test cleaning a part of the floor. Darren was then able to use the test clean to not only indicate what the finished job might look like, but also to inform his very competitive quote. Darren did a superb job of cleaning and resealing our huge area of Karndean flooring after a complete renovation of our flat. The floor is 12 years old and has had various tenants abuse it as well as a thick layer of builders dust but after Darren’s treatment it looks as if it is new. Darren came to clean my carpets this week and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My main priority was to get the carpets hygienic as I didn’t think the heavy staining would come out. The results have been amazing, the carpets are so much cleaner with the majority of the heavy staining removed, they smell great and were dry as soon as I came home once Darren was finishing. He gave me a lot of useful advice on how to look after them in the future. The price was much less than I’d expected! He’s also a really nice, hardworking guy, and I will definitely be recommending to my friends and will use him again.

We have had our carpets washed with another company previously who didn't take any time to talk to us, move easily movable items out the way to clean nor adequately dry the carpets. This left us with a sub standard result and sopping wet carpets for three days.
