Shaun arrived at the time agreed and explained what he was going to be doing over the next couple of hours, which I thought was good for any customer. We had emptied most of the heavy items (as that’s what we do for anyone working in the house) so it was easy to move, and he used the sliding coasters which worked really well. Shaun worked at a steady pace, and I could see he was very methodical in his approach to the work being done. A nice man, who does what has been agreed and I certainly will be recommending him to others in the extended family.

I first contacted Shaun via email to arrange a house call to look at my Sofa,Chair and wool rug.....he attended promptly and proceeded not my home after covering his shows with protectors. He made a thorough inspection of the items making sure to read any care labels, he then gave me a price without any pressure and said to get in touch if I wanted to go ahead. I was happy with the quite and arranged for the job to be done.Shaun turned up again on time and the items were cleaned, he explained that the rug might take a little longer and to leave the windows open to assist. I am so pleased with the results and would have no hesitation in recommending his services and indeed using him again. Shaun is polite and efficient and does a great job for a good price.

I have been using this company for the last 3 years. I cannot fault the quality of the clean they provide and the Customercare. I have a new baby and was worried earlier in the year about the slight damp on the carpet that's there afterwards, when I voiced my concerns they immediately told me not to worry and suggested a solution (which worked!). Amazing company!
