After getting upholstery cleaning quotes I elected to go with Complete Carpet Upholstery Cleaning for a number of reasons. The first being customer service. I was immediately put at ease with the level of knowledge going into fine detail on how he would approach the job and cleaning materials and equipment used. I felt confident he was the right man for the job and my instints proved to be correct. He didn't rush but took his time to give me the best possible result and I was over the moon with the finish. The rates were very reasonable too which made he whole experience delightful and hassle free. If you're looking for a an excellent result for a reasonable price from a reliable, knowledgeable company, then look no further.

Had my bedroom, hall and lounge carpets cleaned and a settee, I was thrilled with the service and quality of cleaning. Dameon came out prior to quote and so I was fully aware of the cost involved.

Complete Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning"Excellent High Quality 5* Service - Extremely Knowledgeable & Conscientious"
To be honest I am not one to usually leave a review however on this occasion felt impelled to do so! I like most have had my carpets cleaned in the past and up until now never realised that in fact carpet cleaning is an unregulated industry, that anyone and everyone could buy any machine and say they are a carpet cleaner which makes my blood boil, (hence why i'm writing this review to hopefully bring awareness to others) as i've just accepted the sales talk of not all stains will come out, I don't need to hoover first as the machine does it all and they are in and out before you know it, job done. (sound familiar) Anyway as we've been having nice weather I decided to get my lounge carpet, sofa and hall stairs and landing carpets cleaned and i remembered seeing an advert in our local Roundabout magazine so decided to give them a call for a quote (which is what i've done in the past and been given it price there and then) but on this occasion the man told me he'd have to come round first to have a look. The gentleman that came measured the room, checked the sofa labels to see what it was made of and took a loose inconspicuous pile from the carpet as i had no idea what it was made of, which was wool. He then explained to me that he was a member of the NCCA and that all members have to follow a strict carpet cleaning process. OMG I saw him hoover, spray carpet, took time to get out stains, he then had this big machine that he explained lifted up my pile so the product was worked into it, he put fans on, he used another machine to clean carpet, then he sprayed a soil protector on it which he raked in. I then had to go out for a bit only to return to my carpets and sofa looking like brand new and a £5 note and some change on the side that he'd found under my cushions, so I told him to keep it as he'd been so honest! To say that i'm happy is an understatement and I will definitely recommend him onto my friends and family.
