Sebastian was very helpful both when he came to price the work and when carrying it out. He came as arranged, having sent a reminder in advance. The appointment was earlier than we expected as usually any work has to be arranged many weeks in advance but in this case he was able to fit us in quite quickly - excellent customer service. He and the lady working with him were very hard working and achieved even better results than I had expected on both the tiles andthe carpet. I would have no reservations about recommending them to anyone else.

My sofa was a mess and smelled pretty bad due to my senior dogs who had accidents as well as a kitty who when mad at me would spray urine on the sofa. Arrived on time, very professional and cleaned six carpets. Sebastian wasn’t happy with the hall carpet and came back a few days later, cleaned hall carpet again with no charge.

I am very happy with the work that the Company have carried out for me. My suite has come up like new, and the carpet in the living room has come up really well.
