The manufacturers of my carpet advised that I should get it professionally cleaned as it is a very deep pile, so very hard to spot clean. David has done a fantastic job, it’s totally freshened it up without losing the fluffiness. Also had the sofas cleaned which have come up like new. I contacted Clean R Carpets and had a response the same day and an appointment booked for when it best suited me, would definitely recommend.
I had to call David out to help with my elderly mothers bathroom carpet: She'd managed to flood the shower, soaking the carpet, which now stank. He came out very quickly, inspected it all and quickly found a solution. After lifting some of the carpet, so the underlay was exposed, he left his industrial fans there to dry it all out, inspected it again and then cleaned it. Making it like new. He refused to take more than his normal charge for cleaning 1 carpet. With an elderly vulnerable mum I often worry about how trustworthy tradespeople are but he is a true gent, highly professional and went above and beyond for her.
David is highly qualified in what he does. Always on time and keeps all his clients updated. Fab prices and the results are amazing. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates the professional approach.
