Small repair to hole in carpet following burglary. The repair was carried out by replacing each individual tuft by sewing in ones taken from a spare piece of carpet. Great care was taken to ensure that the hole was completely filled and we are really pleased with the result.

I have used Eclipse Deep Clean already several times for the cleaning of 5 very dirty vintage rugs from the 50s-70s (made from different materials and often without labels). We live in a 500 year old house with a quarry tiled kitchen floor (date of installation unknown, but a long time ago). It had been painted 20 years ago but the painted areas had worn away so we wanted a finish that looked completely natural, were well sealed and would look good in another 20 years. Michelle and Michael did an excellent job by removing all the old paint and marks and double sealing it whilst retaining its original charm. Part way through they found a previous layer which would not come off with the materials in hand so they went back for something that would tackle this old sealant (at no extra charge to us). The finished job is a credit to them. They also cleaned a large amount of Axminster carpet whilst they waited for the sealant to dry thereby making excellent use of their time. I have no hesitation in recommending them to you for any flooring job however challenging.

Will is very friendly & accommodating, and gets jobs done quickly. He is always mindful of other guests around, and understands the constraints we have to work with.
He recently managed to squeeze us in last minute for a disastrous red wine stain that he cleared up for us right away.

Due to our sons allergies we needed a fairly large house completely cleaned from top to bottom upon purchase.

Matthew did an amazing job of cleaning the leather headrests on our sofa. We had been told by another reputable leather specialist that the headrest cushions could not be cleaned of the grease marks that had built up , and would have to be replaced (at huge expense). We found Matthew via an internet search and he came around promptly to look at the job. No promises he said but he took the cushions away and worked on them over a two week period, applying degreaser over and over. He then stained the leather back to as new condition. We are delighted with the results. Matthew has saved us a lot of money, and the hassle of getting new leather matched and cushions made. We could not recommend Matthew enough to anyone with a similar issue, or for any problem cleaning. Matthew is now our man to regularly look after and clean our leather suite going forwards. I highly recommend LiftOFF Cleaning Limited. They tackled a very difficult pollen stain on a woollen carpet. Having initially set my expectations low, in that it may not be able to be done, the result was amazing and the unsightly yellow stain has completely been eradicated. Our kitchen ceramic floor had ingrained dirt and despite steam cleaning never looked properly clean. Following an accident with soot on my new carpet, Mark from Top Mark Cleaning came to my house within 20 minutes of speaking to him. Not only was he really professional but he worked quickly and without fuss. Within a very short space of time my sooty marks were completely removed, he also left me a spot cleaner in case of any other accidents.

We originally called Viscco Ltd to give us a quote to clean our carpets. Whilst talking to the young lady on the phone, my wife explained that we had a odour problem in our study. Whilst doing the survey they identified mould under the carpet and floorboards. The job turned out to be a bit more than a carpet clean. We unfortunately lost the underlay and needed some brick work fixed...the carpet was saved though. The mould was removed, carpets cleaned and there has been no sign of mould or odour 2 months in. My husband searched for a Dorset cleaning company and ‘Dorset furnishings company’ came up. It looked appealing to us as it was a family run business with friendly faces! I met Keith and his wife when they came round to give me a quote- they were very friendly helpful and very happy to help answer any questions giving me a reasonable quote and able to talk through exactly what would happen and when, straight away. Within a few weeks as agreed the work was done, they were very efficient, reliable and quick to organise and complete the work, I was very impressed. Once the cleaning had been done, our carpets felt very fresh and like new despite the mess 2 toddlers have left on it over the last 5 years! A week later my 2 year old daughter managed to get hold of my dark purple nail polish and threw it all over my cream coloured bedroom thick pile carpet- I was so upset, phoned Keith and he was very helpful with his advice and also responsive in that he offered to come round within the week before Christmas to help with the horrific stains- I’m pleased to say he was able to get the stain out (I thought the carpet would be a complete write off!!). Ryan at Profresh always manages to get our carpets looking immaculate, this includes a very impractical kitchen carpet that the landlord put in the house. However It always looks like new once profresh have been.

I first contacted Shaun via email to arrange a house call to look at my Sofa,Chair and wool rug.....he attended promptly and proceeded not my home after covering his shows with protectors. He made a thorough inspection of the items making sure to read any care labels, he then gave me a price without any pressure and said to get in touch if I wanted to go ahead. I was happy with the quite and arranged for the job to be done.Shaun turned up again on time and the items were cleaned, he explained that the rug might take a little longer and to leave the windows open to assist. I am so pleased with the results and would have no hesitation in recommending his services and indeed using him again. Shaun is polite and efficient and does a great job for a good price.

I was recommended Top Mark Cleaning by a friend and I will definitely be using them again. They were on time, did the job promptly and even got two large oil stains out of the carpet. Darren came to clean my carpets this week and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My main priority was to get the carpets hygienic as I didn’t think the heavy staining would come out. The results have been amazing, the carpets are so much cleaner with the majority of the heavy staining removed, they smell great and were dry as soon as I came home once Darren was finishing. He gave me a lot of useful advice on how to look after them in the future. The price was much less than I’d expected! He’s also a really nice, hardworking guy, and I will definitely be recommending to my friends and will use him again.

We contacted 5 star (via a recommendation) to help with 'hair grease' stain on our light covered leather sofa.
Dean came over, had a look, and was able to remove the headrest cover where the stain was. He took this away and within 2 weeks he came back with the leather as good as new.

Having recently completed building work the whole house needed a deep clean. HCS gave us a very prompt and fair quote and swiftly arranged a date. The clean we received was beyond expectations with even the oldest of carpets being given a new lease of life. All carpets were left immaculate and furniture which couldn't be moved out of the rooms returned to its original position. All the carpets were dry and usable again by early evening. Really excellent service, we wouldn't hesitate to use HCS again.

Full glass of red wine, tipped up on light coloured wool pile carpet. We spent an hour or so after the accident watering and blotting and it still looked pretty horrid. Eco Care was phoned the following morning, somehow managed to fit us in same day, and the end result is the stain is barely visable. We had visions of replacing the whole carpet. Thank you Eco Care, a job well done.

Darren was recommended to us by Gaff, because we needed our large cream wool rug deep cleaned. He did an amazing job to restore it and bring it back to life! He also cleaned our hall and stair carpets and another rug to an extremely high standard. The black and white tiles in our lobby received the Darren treatment with astonishing results. We were very pleased with the efficient and thorough Darren provided. Impressive.

I found this company recommended on the Which Report - Trusted Traders. On the day access was very difficult as I live in a ground floor flat well away from the nearest road. The operatives 'hoses' had to be led a long way through a neighbours back garden, then through a window to the bedroom and the carpet that needed cleaning.. The result was far far better than I expected. The magnolia coloured carpet now looks like new. Well done 5 Star.

I am so glad to have found this firm. I have a rescue dog who weed regularly on my 6foot by 4foot rugs because of her nervous disposition Ithought I would have to throw them away but this firm took them away and returned them as new. They also cleaned my Three piece suite on site and gave me good advice on to maintaining it in the future. At all times I received professional and sympathetic service. Dave resurrected a cream wool corner sofa that was heavily stained, thanks to two toddlers and a fair amount of wear and tear. Dave tackled the stains with care, getting great results far beyond our expectations. The sofa we nearly retired from service is now a hero feature in the house, all thanks to Dave's outstanding work. Dave is personable, trustworthy and offers sound after care advice. My much loved, but dull looking hand knotted rug was collected and returned by Spencer exactly when he said it would be. His cleaning process has brought it completely back to life. This rug has had a hard life with children, cats and dogs using it for playing, rolling and goodness knows what else! The colours are like new and the wool is soft and beautiful once again. I was so pleased I gave him a second rug to work his magic on.

I have cream coloured carpets throughout the whole house, which are approximately 16 years old and showing wear and tear from age, from a dog and teenagers in the house. I contacted Nick at The Persian Rug Cleaning Co. in the summer after he was recommended by my interior designer. Initially I just needed advice with regards to restoring and hanging a small tribal prayer rug. We got talking about a rug in my library which I thought wasn’t worth very much and so I hadn’t bothered cleaning it for years. Nick instantly recognised it as an antique Caucasian rug. I asked him to take it away for a full restoration. When I received it back I couldn’t believe the quality of the workmanship. All the moth damaged areas had been repaired so well I could no longer tell where they were. The wool was now bright, shiny and soft too. Since then Nick’s Company has washed all the rugs in my home and sourced new rugs for me too. I’m delighted to be able to recommend his services.

Mike and Heidi came highly recommended and i was not disappointed! I couldn't get over the machinery used to clean my carpets. I had a dog stay over with Family and he'd had a little accident. Mike explained in great depth about how he was going to remove the urine not only from the carpet but the underlay also. He brought out a fab little bit of kit for the job! I was surprised to see how far around the initial stain the urine had spread. He then went about cleaning my whole house of carpets with great care! They used guards for corners so not to damage my paintwork. Moving the furniture was a no trouble as they had furniture sliders. As they finished they put protective foam pieces under our furniture and provided me with their own labelled carpet cleaner for accidents along with a fab personalised Notepad. Shall be recommending them to all!!

I have two dogs, three cats, two messy kids and a husband who likes to hot-foot it through the lounge in muddy wellies... Mike came to estimate our job and we were quickly booked in for our most convenient day and an early start time. Mike individually protected all the feet of our furniture with pads before he began the treatments. And he moved the furniture around when this was necessary. We had all our new carpets treated with Stain Shield and two bedrooms cleaned and then treated with Stain Shield. The cleaned carpets looked lovely and all the carpets became dry enough to walk on quite quickly so there was no inconvenience. I would definately recommend Carpet Wizard as they were reliable, conscientious and pleasant. Michelle was quick to follow up a query about treating an additional stain and offering to come to look at it in the near future.

Spencer has cleaned my carpets for years now. He has always provided a great service and a fantastic standard of cleaning. He is very thorough and efficient. We have used Martyn from Supreme on many occasions and after each visit we feel like we have new carpets. Excellent service and care taken with chemicals and equipment when visiting. Phoned ECR when I moved house to clean the carpets I was unsure weather to change the carpets because they was in a bad state. ECR gave me a reasonable quote and provided me with a professional service. I was shocked with the outcome as the carpets looked brand new. Fantastic care and efficient work. Carpets came up lovely especially as I have dogs and cats with a heavy footfall every day. Also cleaned my cooker which looked like new when Wes had finished. A better double team you couldnt ask for more. They even brought biscuits for the dogs. Fanstatic will be booking another visit for new year.

I got in touch with Andy, he came to the the house a couple of days later and gave me a very reasonable quote for the carpets I needed cleaning. He was able to come and do the job when I wanted him to and the results were excellent. My dining room carpet is pale, and had a lot of stains from parties over the last few years (as well as having 2 small children!) and every single one has come out. I had tried with all sorts of supermarket cleaners but with very little success. He also cleaned the stair carpet which was just a bit grubby and flattened and it now looks like new. I needed a commercial clean for a large catering van, after trying to clean it myself the grease was far too much. I contacted Fitz2kleen & they came out on a Sunday, in their own time, to quote me. The cleaner was very careful to select the right cleaning materials for both carpets and chairs. He also checked the cleaning materials were non allergenic to the householder.
The carpets were fairly dirty and now they look like new. The chairs were challenging with a mixture of stains. He worked hard to clean them, taking into account their condition and age.

Having got several quotes for full carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, sofa and armchair cleaning and oven clean, these guys really were a cut above the rest. They were so professional, coming free of charge for a full quote and carefully tested all the different fibres. They explained on the most suitable products for the different types of fibres - I had no idea how specialist it was when you do such a professional job. It's not just a case of one cleaning product for all. Really reasonable on price too! My houses were so fresh and sanitised when they had come. Absolutly beautiful and can't reccomend these guys enough. I've moved house 4 times and they have been amazing every time.

I've used Fitz2kleen several times to clean my carpets and recently to clean my cream suite. They are always reliable, honest and professional. Mark goes the extra mile to get great results and works hard to reach the high standards he sets himself. I have also used the handiman service when I moved house. Mark was a lifesaver putting up shelves, assembling wardrobes, installing a catflap and hanging tv's on walls. There is nothing he cant do and all jobs are finished to an extremely high standard. Excellent service from assessing the requirements, to carrying out the cleaning of a sofa and 2 chairs in cream upholstery, notoriously difficult to clean but now looks as good as new.

My carpet looks like a new carpet. Mark was very efficient, quoting, accommodating a day/time and then doing the job itself. I can't believe those blueberries and red wine stains are gone! Also the curtains and blinds had lots of insect marks on them, which tend to sink into the cotton. I have to say, Spencer saved the day with a remarkable make-over! Chris came and cleaned the carpets in my entire flat on the 21/09/2017. Not only was the customer service absolutely amazing but also the end results. There was a dark mark on our carpet which my partner had actually tried to use vanish on to get rid of. Chris explained there was a chance that once using vanish it may not remove the stain however he did an amazing job and the dark mark was completely gone!! He did an amazing job throughout the entire flat and the carpets looked and smelled amazing. Chris explained the process and as so efficient and friendly! The carpets looked brand new (even though they are 8 years old) so I was gutted I hadn't got him in sooner to do the carpets as now someone else gets to enjoy the lovely clean carpets!! I'd found him online when looking for someone to do the carpets for moving out of the flat and he was a lot nicer and more friendly and flexible than several other carpet cleaners I'd contacted. 100% would use him again in the near future and 100% recommend him to my friends and family!

Spencer and his team have been cleaning our carpets for several years. He was recommended by a neighbour who said that he wouldn't use anyone else, and I completely agree. Spencer does a brilliant and thorough job whether it is our antique Persian rug or white broadloom with splotches of printer ink (which, after my frantic text, he popped by and completely sorted in minutes!). The ink splotches disappeared! I cannot recommend him enough. Spencer is utterly professional and approaches each job as if it is the most important one he has ever had. He is very careful and knowledgeable about the products he uses, which I also appreciate. We've used him for years and as my neighbour said, I couldn't imagine using anyone else.

After my removers had managed to make a white leather and material sofa quite filthy Spencer, from Natural Carpet Care, came to my rescue and did a quite remarkable job of cleaning both the leather and the material.
