Couldn't recommend Jon at C2 Carpet Care highly enough. Jon was very quick to respond to my initial query, came and inspected the carpet the same day (a Friday), and came back to clean it 3 days later (Monday). He was thorough, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The carpet in our spare room is like new, after an unfortunate accident that left it badly stained. You really wouldn't know anything had happened! I truly cannot believe the difference Jon made to our carpets. We moved into a new house, previously occupied by a family with 4 dogs. The carpets I originally thought were beige turned out to be a lovely grey colour! Jon is helpful, polite and friendly, paying attention to detail. We are thoroughly satisfied and happy with the way Jon completely removed all traces of my red nail varnish in the bedroom and then went on to clean the whole carpet, plus lounge and dining room carpets. There is such a difference now they are clean! He has saved us from having to buy a new bedroom carpet as well! What do you do if you spill hot chilli sauce on a light coloured carpet? Call Jon, that's what you do! I'm the worst client, I did all the things you shouldn't do to try and shift the stain myself, including using the wrong carpet cleaning products and scrubbing something I should've blotted! Nevertheless, Jon's expert knowledge, considerable skill and professional tools managed to rescue me and my carpet. Thank you so much Jon, I know it's not always possible to make a full recovery, but you got me 99% of the way there.

Jon did an efficient, thorough job in cleaning our staircase carpet, a large wool rug, and also tackled the removal of a coffee stain. We hadn't thought our carpets were 'overly' grubby, but we can definitely see a marked difference in their appearance since Jon cleaned them. We liked his professionalism. On a family friends recommendation we had C2 to clean our hall carpet that had some really quite bad stains. The Job, primarily we needed the residual from the carpet protector used by the bathroom contractors removing from the carpet. Jon was fully aware of this issue often caused by the semi-adhesive film. The end result was the perfect restoration of our wool mix carpet with the pile lifted and looking new. Invested in an expensive rug after our lounge was decorated, unfortunately our dog of 10 years who has never caused us any trouble was sick on said rug the following day !! Having used supermarket carpet cleaner we were left with a very noticeable stain. I contacted Jon who explained he could not guarantee the stain could be removed but he would do his best. The rug was taken away and when returned I had to be shown the area worked on the result was so good !! I have no hesitation in recommending Jon who was extremely professional and saved me a fortune well done and thanks again.

I’m over the moon I called C2 carpet cleaners to see if they could remove a dark stain on a much loved off white wool rug. It also had remnants of a large fizzy drinks stain that had previously had a professional clean and had not come out. I knew that little black one would probably come out but was not expecting there to be any change to the fizzy drink stain. You can’t see it and the treatment has revived the carpet pile. The pile in that part of the rug is more or less as we bought it. The service was extremely professional & courteous. I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you so much!

Jon did an excellent job. I had considered replacing the carpets, and now so pleased I didn't as they look great. Had them cleaned a couple of years ago but the result this time was far superior.
Had the lounge carpet 24 years although not really worn, needed some TLC and Jon has made it look as good as new, great value for money better than having to spend a few thousand on a new carpet. Jon also did the stairs and landing, this carpet is approx. 12 years old and it now looks as if it has just been put down. Would highly recommend Jon
Jon did a wonderful job on our grubby sofa. He arrived on time, took great care over the work with attention to detail, and, because he finished a bit quicker than he'd planned, even reduced the bill for us. All in all excellent service all round and I would recommend him highly.
Very professional wouldn’t hesitate to use him again
Called after my carpet picked up a particularly nasty oil stain. John provided good advice on the phone, and quickly ascertained the details needed to obtain a quote and book an appointment (about a week of waiting). After arriving John was very polite and informative, and got to work right away. He wore a face mask for the entire job, which was an appreciated courtesy. He spent about 45 minutes on the stain in total and upon completion the carpet looked as good as new. He had warned in advance there might be some discolouration due to some home remedies we'd tried before calling, but honestly I cannot see any issues with it after completion. The final invoice came in lower than the original quote, which was a nice surprise. Overall a very satisfactory service.
John did an excellent job cleaning the bedroom carpets, and a nasty tea stain is now hardly visible. He also took my Berber rug away to clean and I was amazed when he delivered it back - Id forgotten how white it was. Would really recommend John, very polite and professional.

Having spotted John at our neighbours we asked him to call when he had finished. He called and gave us an on the spot quotation and when we accepted it he also gave us a date which was within 7 days. All of this was confirmed by email. He duly arrived on time 7 days later and completed our cleaning without delay and to our complete satisfaction. We found Jon in the Bramley after an attempt to self-clean stains on our hall and lounge carpets did not give very good results. He came to look at the job and then returned on Bank Holiday Monday while the rest of us were enjoying the sunshine and made a fantastic job of renewing the carpets for us. I called C2 Carpet Care on short notice on the off chance I could get my new home move in ready. Jon arrived within 24 hours and did an absolute splendid job of our upstairs main bedroom thick pile carpet, landing and stairs woollen carpet as well as the lounge woollen carpet. When it was time to inspect I came out of the kitchen and the whole house smelled good and clean and fresh. What a difference to the old smell I had to sleep with while staying overnight. My daughter dropped a bottle of fuschia pink nail varnish on our cream carpets. I cleaned it the best I could but there was still a large visible stain on our stairs. I was hesitant that Jon would be able to do anything as i had tried to tackle it myself and a few days had passed however Jon removed all traces of the stain, which was incredible. Jon from C2 carpet care squeezed me in following a dog accident. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He even putting floor protectors down on the wooden flooring where he stored his items. I asked him to clean the entire upstairs including stairs. Jon arrived on time and got cracking with the cleaning. This took him over 3 hours (he went over one of my sofas twice as he was not completely happy with the clean the first time around.) Myself and my husband are so happy with our clean sofas, they look brand new again! I came across Jon when I googled upholstery cleaning in Nottinghamshire - I am so glad that I did. I will definitely be using his services again in the future for not only my sofas but also my carpets. I would 100% recommend Jon to anyone looking for a professional and quality clean.
I had tried a DIY carpet clean, which made things worse and trapped in a what can only be described as a 'stinky gym trainers' smell. I'd already plotted a new carpet - £1000 worth, until a friend recommended Jon. Great service and a nice guy. We have two dogs and now the carpet smells as good as ever now, for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

For Christmas we had a new puppy but we also had an issue with her toilet training. She would always go on the same carpet. So we asked C2 carpet care to work there magic. It was the children’s bedroom carpet, they didn’t just clean, sanitise and refresh or cream carpet they removed a section of Playdoh that had been squashed into the carpet for many years. We are totally thrilled. Thankyou very much.
Very happy with the service C2 Carpet Care have provided. Jon came and gave me a quote to clean my downstairs carpets and rug. He took the rug away to clean and returned the following week with the rug and clean the carpets. The rug and the carpets came up like new, dried completely overnight and smell lovely. Just had my carpet cleaned by C2 and the outcome was phenomenal, I have dogs and there were a few staines. They have all been removed and my carpet looks brand new again. It was dry in minutes. Jon is thoroughly professional and extremely knowledgable. I was worried about getting the right person in for the job as my carpet is wool and I wanted a good job doing without any damage. Who thought you could get black spray paint out of a cream carpet? well Jon did! We had to call in the assistance of Jon due to an accident, on shaking a paint can of black spray paint it leaked and splattered the carpet with spots, some quite big. We thought the carpet would need replacing but Jon managed to clean things to a very acceptable level, amazing. Thank you for your honesty and service.
Due to a particularly nasty, and extensive, accident by my puppy on my dad's pale green carpet I had resigned myself to having to replace the carpet. I was in need of a carpet cleaner very quickly to deal with a soiled bedroom floor. Not having any idea about the geographical area I started looking through the local Ravenshead free paper I found an advert I liked that appeared to be able to help me and phoned to enquire. I could not have chosen a better person. Jon was able to fit me in the next day having called on his way home from a job to give me an estimate. He was confident that he could fit the task in the following day, respectful of the needs of the home owner and gave me great confidence that the job would be done to the best of his ability. Jon came out as an emergency call to clean a very badly stained carpet (which teenagers had already tried every carpet cleaning product they could find in the house on!). Despite all the odds of the stain being 'set', it came up like brand new. Amazing!

Jon came to clean my living room and hall carpet and I am so very pleased with the results, it has come up brilliantly clean and fresh. Jon was very helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble for him, he even managed to squeeze my cleaning in so it was done for Christmas. I had someone from Newark to do it last year and it was nowhere near as good as Jon's, there were still marks on it whereas with C2carpetcare (Jon) it was spotless. Kids, tea, coffee and juice spills, on cream carpets don't mix. Jon came to the rescue! I wish I had taken a before and after picture, my carpets hadn't been cleaned in a long time, so they'd picked up a few annoying stains. I have had every carpet in my house cleaned in anticipation of the arrival of a new baby. Every carpet looks and smells like new! Jon was very thorough and wouldn't let a couple of tricky stains get in the way of a very professional carpet clean. I was really impressed with just how quickly the carpets were dry after the clean. Used the services of C2 Carpet Care today to see what could be done with a staircase, landing and bedroom which had suffered from a variety of stains over the last few years. Jon arrived exactly when he said he was going to and sent a confirmation text when he was on his way. His quote for the work was all clearly written up with a full explanation of the type of carpet we had, the flooring as well as an identification of some of the stains.
