Eco-friendly cleaning products:

Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly, safe and effective cleaning solutions for both carpet and upholstery cleaning. This is ideal for anyone suffering from asthma or allergies and is safe for children, pets and your home environment.

These eco-friendly products do not contain any detergents, optical brighteners, enzymes or caustic alkalis.

For some specialist upholstery a cleaning solvent must be used and so we use a cleaner that does not contain any ozone depletants, and is safe to use on metals, alloys, electric/electronic components, plastics, painted surfaces including chlorinated rubber finishes; a highly refined non-aromatic cleaner developed as a safe alternative to 1,1,1, Trichloroethane solvents.

Carpets:

For the best results we will use the most suitable method of cleaning for your home or premises including the use of professional HWE (Hot Water Extraction), LM (Low Moisture) and VLM (Very Low Moisture) carpet cleaning systems using the latest techniques and materials. The HWE method cleans deep down with hot or cold water and cleaning agents which are propelled into the carpet at high pressure loosening dirt, soil and grime; then at the same time of all this is removed from the carpet by a high-powered vacuum leaving it clean and fresh. With the VLM method the area cleaned can start to be used within an hour of the completion of cleaning which is often very suitable for high traffic high use areas such as in hotels, commercial or public buildings…or even for the home if suitable and required.

For natural fibres such as coir, sisal and seagrass, we use an advanced dry carpet powder system.

Axminster Carpets:

Broomhill Contracts are specialists at cleaning and maintaining beautiful Axminster carpets whether you have a bespoke designed and manufactured carpet or a domestic customer design...we are trained to the highest international IICRC gold standards...your Axminster can be cleaned, refreshed and revived and ready to use within 1-2 hours depending on the cleaning system used.

Upholstery & Fabrics:

Your furniture can be deep cleaned and refreshed and revitalised using specialist tools and materials.

Leather:

We are trained Leather Technicians and can clean, repair and renovate both pigmented and aniline leather for both domestic, commercial, automotive, marine and aerospace furniture and fittings.

Hard Flooring:
