Marco came to our aid twice in emergencies. One visit was on a weekend when he was due to travel to London. He is a true gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he even left his drying machine with us for a couple of days ! I cannot recommend him enough. He deserves to do well in his new business in Pembrokeshire
Marco did a fantastic job on removing a deep stain out of our cream sofa. Looks new again. Two other quotes I received said they wouldnt be able to get it out, and he did it no problem. Very professional and nice guty. Highly recommended.
Marco came to clean a rug. He was diligent and knowledgeable and took his time to do a good job. I was really impressed and would definitely use this new Pembrokeshire business again.
Couldn’t recommend Marco highly enough! Had a terrible stain on our carpet we were sure wouldn’t come out but Marco worked his magic and you would never know anything had happened!! He was very professional and I would definitely use again.

We had a big leak leaving a big dark stain on our hallway carpet. We tried carpet cleaning products which did nothing. Contacted Alium carpet & upholstery cleaning and Marco was here swiftly, took great care and left the carpet looking brand new! We couldn’t believe it and very reasonably priced too! Would highly recommend!
I hired Marco to clean a carpet in my lounge that had several stains from our Christmas tree among other things. He was very professional and fast. The machine he used was quiet and the products were delicate and left a nice clean smell that was not overpowering. The carpet was like new after! I was very impressed with his work and would definitely recommend his services to a friend.

We are a residential care home for elderly people who can get quite distressed with interruptions on their routine. Alium came on two occasions to clean our carpets and it was an excellent experience. They worked around our needs, they were sympathetic and professional, and we are very happy with the final job on our heavily stained carpets. Highly recommended.
