Alchemy has been established since 1995 and our service area extends geographically from our headquarters between Bristol and Bath, to Bournemouth in the East, Taunton in the West and Swindon on the M4 corridor.
We pride ourselves on a heightened level of customer service, achieved through well trained operatives and the ability to choose the right method for the task at hand. All our carpet operatives have been trained by the NCCA and adhere to their methods and objectives.
All quotations are supplied free of charge and submitted after a full survey. This includes identification of fabrics, full colour migration tests and recommendations based on the survey results.
We encourage all new, prospective clients to enjoy a free test clean of a given area, to enable us to demonstrate the effectiveness of our techniques and build confidence in us as a service provider.
Working within both the commercial and private domestic market, we use a combination of the traditional Hot Water Extraction system and Dry Fusion, depending on the fabrics and the client’s expectations. We also specialise in specific stain removal and upholstery cleaning.
Alchemy are members of the NCCA, Corporate member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (Bics) and Licenced Operators of the Dry Fusion System. We are also accredited by Achilles Utilities Vendor Database. As well as training being provided by the NCCA, we also use the training services of Prochem.
