Mark came to clean our three piece suite this week. Our darling dog loves to go behind the furniture and over the past three years she has left her mark! Felt ashamed by the mess she had made on the backs of the furniture despite her being groomed and pampered regularly. Mark and his magnificent machine arrived and went to work. Another amazing service from Mark. He did an incredible job on my carpet . I thought I was going to have to replace it after countless muddy footprints from dogs and kids walking mud in but now it’s as good as new! He even did my kitchen floor as a surprise treat for me knowing I was planning on scrubbing it myself whilst pregnant. And what a lovely surprise it was! TopMark is a really lovely family business .

This was the second time I'd used TopMark Cleaning, last time, Mark was able to completely remove a red wine stain from my fairly new carpet, I always said I'd be back when I wanted the carpets cleaned. This time, I had all the rooms cleaned. Mark is the sort of tradesman you want for a job. Quick, efficient and is effective. What more can you ask. I had to leave a review as the service received yesterday was next to none. I messaged yesterday for a quote on what i was looking to have cleaned (the upstairs bedrooms a landings) - Top Mark replied promptly and efficiently with an excellent quote and on the off chance i asked if they could come over the same day to which they accommodated in between the other jobs they had that day. Mark was polite, professional and the carpets now look brand new. I didn’t think they were terrible in the 1st place but Mark got up all the stubborn make up marks i hadn’t been able to and more and they are now back to the fluffy clean carpets we first laid! I had my bedrooms, hallway and stairs cleaned after a 6 month renovation project, my children’s bedroom carpets were filthy and the hallway and stairs clogged with dust. The carpets look and smell amazing, I would definitely use this service again. Mark was really friendly and efficient.
I hadn't got anything ready for Top Mark to clean our carpets and was really panicking that they'd not be able to do it with the amount of furniture we had but Mark came and said 'absolutely no problem' and then he said I could leave him to it. He was so careful with everything and managed to get a really horrid stain out of my son's bedroom carpet while making everywhere look as good as new. I came home and everything was back in place (after he must have had to move it all on his own) and the carpets literally looked brand new and smelt amazing. I hate having things like the carpets cleaned because it always feels like it's going to be a hassle but this was the easiest thing ever and I will be using them to sort out my hard floors as well in the new year!

Due to soot spillage on lounge carpet from gas fire service Mark was recommended by Dovetail Carpets. Even though it was a Saturday morning Mark decided he would come out to clean as he saw this as urgent. He was at our home within a couple of hours of our call. Mark was very understanding about the state of the sofa being 14 years old and fairly grubby. He assessed it, we talked about the possibility of extreme ground in dirt/ stains not being removed 100% for which i was grateful he was honest and he didnt promise it would be like new. However i was so pleased with the end result, he had taken the time and care for which he is known and i am 100% happy. Will definately recommend to my friends and family.

Wow, what a superb clean my carpet and 3 piece suite has had today! They are all beautifully clean and look almost brand new again. Following an accident with soot on my new carpet, Mark from Top Mark Cleaning came to my house within 20 minutes of speaking to him. Not only was he really professional but he worked quickly and without fuss. Within a very short space of time my sooty marks were completely removed, he also left me a spot cleaner in case of any other accidents.
I really couldn’t recommend Mark enough, he really cared about what he does. If I were to rate according to stars here would definitely get 5.

I have two dogs, three cats, two messy kids and a husband who likes to hot-foot it through the lounge in muddy wellies... I assumed I needed a whole new carpet as it was so gross, but it honestly looks like new! And it's cream, so that's no mean feat. With the snow falling it was time for some very early Spring cleaning for me. Wow!! Mark f came to do all of our carpets and i am flabbergasted how amazing it all looks and slightly disgusted at how dirty our carpets were!! Recently I contacted TopMark Cleaning to request carpet cleaning for an elderly couple who I clean for. They had a very old carpet which was really past its best, I was amazed at the transformation of the carpet on my next visit to them.

We Used Top Mark to clean our living room furniture that had got quite grubby because of our pets and quite heavy use. I think you can tell a good tradesman by the way they take care of their own things, his van was obviously well cared for and very neat and tidy and true to my beliefs, his work was also, he explained what he was going to do before he started he laid down clean dust sheets, brought in his equipment taking care where he laid cables etc he also put on shoe covers before he came in, the service was fast,efficient and very effective. when he left you would not know he had even been there apart from squeaky clean lounge furniture with a nice fragrance. I will use Mark again for sure.

I have used TopMark a few times now (for my own home and to clean my place of employment - a primary school). Very friendly, reliable service with great results. Always happy to advise on stain removal for smaller spills too. So helpful. They will always try and get to you quickly for an emergency clean too. Wouldn't use anyone else!
