• Cleansing Inspector for Thames Valley Police and Oxford City Council
• Cleaning Contracts Manager for four police authorities

Stephen set up Stardust Cleaning Services in 2000. Since then, hundreds of properties and thousands of acres of carpets in Milton Keynes, Bicester, Buckingham and Oxford have been scrutinised and thoroughly cleaned by Stephen and his team.
