Lewis and Miki did a great job cleaning our two sofas and a lounge rug. They were extremely tidy …. did the job without fuss and were a pleasure to have in our home. We would highly recommend this company.
Having two cats on a pale carpet is not the best thing - especially when they've been sick. Yesterday, my carpets were cleaned and there is absolutely no staining left. In fact, the carpet looks nothing like it did before. I was so pleased when I returned home - the stairs in particular, due to their use, look outstanding but equally so do the two bedrooms and at such a reasonable cost. Well done.
We had Natural Carpet Care round today to clean our carpets across the whole house. This hasn’t been done since we moved into our house 6 years ago and the carpets now look brand new! We have a 2 year old dog so every room had some form of puppy stain on them but every stain has completely gone. Very friendly service, highly recommend!

I have a very large antique kelim rug which needed cleaning. Initially a bit concerned as I was worried about the natural dyes running but once I’d spoken to Spencer who assured me they had the right products and space to clean a large rug I booked it in. They collected it and delivered it back within a WEEK! Lovely people and I would highly recommend them.

My rugs were collected and taken away to be cleaned. One had a very stubborn stain on it and Spencer cleaned it several times until he was 100% happy with the result. The rugs were then brought back to me and I was extremely pleased with them as they looked as clean as new. I thought the service I received was excellent.
I had an unfortunate run in with a bottle of nail varnish and our brand new carpet! I contacted 5 companies in total. 2 didn’t return my message and 2 replied that they wouldn’t be able to help as nail varnish removal didn’t have great results. Spencer returned my email within a couple of hours and showed me a similar incident he had worked on with the stain gone. He installed hope that my carpet could be restored. Miki arrived on the day we scheduled and after only 2 hours the stain was gone! It was incredible. Spencer and Miki were professional, prompt and above all positive! We had almost given up on clean carpets after house was rented out, and "cleaned'... but Spencer and Zac advised us we would love their result...and we really do! Carpets were soon dry, no smell, and all stains gone...just like new carpets! Recommend them highly.

I had booked another company who cancelled ten minutes before the appointment. I came across Spencer by chance, and I am so glad I did. We have oldish carpets in the bedrooms which have been here since we bought the place. When we leave for a while and come back there is always a musty smell. Spencer used a special machine first, one I have never seen before, when he showed me the results I was horrified, the machine collects all strands of hair from the fibers of the carpet, hairs normal vacuuming does not collect. He then went on to do the clean with water at a very high temperature. The results were amazing. All stains removed and now a very very clean and fresh carpet. All done with a smile and a reasonable price.
I've used Natural Carpet Care for many years and I've always been impressed at the results they can get with natural cleaning products. Old carpets and curtains get a new lease of life and stains I thought I'd have to live with have gone. After they leave my daily sneezing fits stop and my eyes no longer water. The other great thing is that, by the time they finish, things are only slightly damp, so nothing takes long to dry. The service is always friendly and knowledgeable and they are really passionate about a chemical-free clean. They always go the extra mile and are willing to move things around and be accommodating. First class service. I recommend them to everyone and wouldn't use anyone else.
This was the first time I had used Natural Carpet Care (they had been highly recommended to me by two trusted friends) and they did not disappoint in cleaning 2 Persian rugs, 3 rooms and two flights of stairs plus landings. They were punctual, courteous, friendly, thorough and they achieved great results. They actually managed to get stains out which a previous carpet cleaner said were permanent. I have already recommended them to friends and I would have no hesitation in using them again myself.
Spencer quoted immediately during his first visit to the premises. He then accommodated our timescales for carpet cleaning from the top to the bottom of the house. His team arrived on time and did a superb job in cleaning the carpets, removing buckets of dirty water and leaving the carpets looking like new. He also left overshoes to be used while the carpets were drying and thereafter. Quote and Invoice came immediately by email. We accepted his quote and paid promptly.
I was so delighted to discover this service and see its really fantastic results with my carpets and rugs. As well as cleaning them to an extremely high standard (beyond what I'd hoped), it restored a fresh feel to the house and I now intend to repeat the treatment every few years. It was also great that all natural cleaning products are used – kinder to house, people and pets. The service was also very efficient and friendly. I had my fitted pure wool carpets in bedrooms, hallways and stairs cleaned, as well as 3 Persian rugs and another large living room rug. I found the service very professional, with helpful explanations about the non-chemical cleaning methods used, friendly customer interface and fast delivery of the cleaning service. I am very pleased with the results overall, but particularly with the very old Persian rugs, with the colours having been given an new lease of life, quite a transformation and looking very beautiful. Certainly a five star job done in my books. I also found the pricing very compatible and would like to highly recommend the Natural Carpet Care Cleaning Service.
I’ve used Natural Carpet Care on several occasions and they have always delivered a reliable, reasonably priced and effective service. My carpets are visibly cleaner, stubborn stains removed with the whole process not taking overly long. I would definitely like to recommend.
We really are delighted to have found this fantastic company. They honestly deserve more than 5 stars as they really do go the extra mile. I loved the fact there was no smell, no mess whatsoever and the carpets and upholstery were dry in next to no time. I have recently moved down to Eastbourne from London and was lucky enough to come across Natural Carpet Care. I was so impressed with Spencer and his son's job and their professionalism- they cleaned my carpets so quickly and easily leaving them looking like new. My much loved, but dull looking hand knotted rug was collected and returned by Spencer exactly when he said it would be. His cleaning process has brought it completely back to life. This rug has had a hard life with children, cats and dogs using it for playing, rolling and goodness knows what else! The colours are like new and the wool is soft and beautiful once again. I was so pleased I gave him a second rug to work his magic on.

Spencer and Lewis were punctual, polite and smiling although it was only 08.15. They were efficient and professional. The carpets look fantastic so clean. Price was agreed beforehand so nasty shocks. I will certainly recommend to friends and use them again.

Spencer came to clean the carpets and curtains in my rental house, before I vacated. We had been there 3 years with kids and dogs, so I was a little worried when the furniture was moved out and I saw the stains! Also the curtains and blinds had lots of insect marks on them, which tend to sink into the cotton. I have to say, Spencer saved the day with a remarkable make-over! Invited Spencer to come to clean curtains, sofas and some rugs, including one huge, heavy Chinese rug which I'd never had the courage to have cleaned before. He took the rugs away and they returned a week later looking like new and feeling a million dollars. The curtains and sofas all look and feel fantastic. On top of all that, the quality of service - answering phones, turning up on time, courteous and helpful - is excellent. Spencer and his team have been cleaning our carpets for several years. He was recommended by a neighbour who said that he wouldn't use anyone else, and I completely agree. Spencer does a brilliant and thorough job whether it is our antique Persian rug or white broadloom with splotches of printer ink (which, after my frantic text, he popped by and completely sorted in minutes!). The ink splotches disappeared! I cannot recommend him enough. Spencer is utterly professional and approaches each job as if it is the most important one he has ever had. He is very careful and knowledgeable about the products he uses, which I also appreciate. We've used him for years and as my neighbour said, I couldn't imagine using anyone else.
After my removers had managed to make a white leather and material sofa quite filthy Spencer, from Natural Carpet Care, came to my rescue and did a quite remarkable job of cleaning both the leather and the material. So the sofa which I feared was ruined has now been returned to perfect condition. Spencer was supremely professional, friendly and helpful and I would unreservedly recommend him to anyone who needs a cleaning job undertaken on their carpets or upholstery.

Was considering changing the carpets in a rented property. After speaking to Spencer I decided trying to give them a clean instead. Carpets came up as good as new saving a lot of money. I have been using Spencer to clean my carpets for over 5 years and would have no hesitation in recommending him. He provides a reliable, professional service and my carpets (although now very old) always come up like new once he has cleaned them. He uses natural products so there's no chemical smell afterwards and he is always so careful working around furniture and skirtings etc. I wouldn't use anyone else! 5 star service.
Recently moved homes and the existing carpets were in a terrible state. They were filthy and you could smell the dogs that had previously lived in the house.
