I have a cream-coloured three-piece suite, the seats of which were starting to look a bit grubby. I phoned John, and he came to my house the next day to give me advice about possible treatment, which I accepted. He did an excellent professional cleaning job, and the suite looked as good as the day I bought it. John arrived to clean our two heavily used sofa's and had technical issues with his cleaning machine - he handled the situation professionally, explained what had happened and arranged a second visit time there and then. He came back without any concern and brought our sofas back to life! The sofas were left dry and ready to use, and all of the common denim marks were gone from the cushions, along with numerous marks and stains from the usual family use of such furniture. If we need any other furniture or carpets cleaned, or any of our friends ask if we know anyone, there would be no hesitation at all to recommend Little Duck Cleaning!
