We will carry out an inspection of your carpet, measure the room and give you a written quotation prior to cleaning and then vacuum your carpets. Dependant on the type of carpet and degree of soiling, we have 3 different systems.
Most domestic customers enjoy the convenience of the fast drying Thermadry system which will see most carpets dry in 1 - 2 hours. We also offer water extraction or steam cleaning. This is good for heavily soiled and stained areas in commercial situations. The Host dry system is also available from Hoyle's. This system is good for areas where low humidity is essential such as Jewellers Libraries or Computer rooms as no water is involved. The choice is yours but we will advise when carrying out your quote which would be suited best to your particular situation.
To give you complete peace of mind we guarantee all our work. If you are not happy with any aspect of our cleaning we will return free of charge and clean that area again.

We’ve used Brian for a few years now and our carpets have barely aged due to this! He takes good care in his practice. Is very professional, polite and easy to talk to. The last time he was round was recently to do our two bedrooms, hall, stairs, landing, plus the tiled kitchen flooring. I couldn’t believe the difference after! It was amazing! It surprised me how dirty things can get, even with routine mopping or hoovering! Oh and the smell, it was beautiful! Our house smelled lovely for days, was a pleasure to walk into after work. Absolutely brilliant job from Brian and Roy who we found to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very efficient and professional cleaning of our three piece suite. Even the more soiled area’s have come up like new. I never expected them to clean the places that can’t be seen but they did. Every square inch and took them 3 hours. Hoyles carpet & upholstery cleaners came out to my house to clean all our carpets around the house inc stairs and landing. The service we received was excellent and very professional and very friendly on top of that they are very fairly priced .
