Living with a person with a disability can mean a regular series of accidents - spilt drinks, including the occasional red wine and both black and white coffee, as well as accidentally and unnoticed, dropped food, which is then trampled around into the carpet! Five Star’s Professional Spot and Stain Remover has proved to be such a godsend to me that I now make sure that my supply never runs out. Many detergent based spot cleaners leave a sticky residue behind, which means that a stain slowly builds up again in the cleaned area, and then needs to be cleaned again and again and infinitum. The Professional Spot and Stain cleaner leaves no sticky residue and doesn’t bleach the carpet either. Being quick and simple to use, although obviously the most difficult stains need several applications, cleaning up seems less like a chore and a big disaster, thus reducing all those inevitable feelings of being a nuisance and consequent guilt and exasperation all round!

We contacted 5 star (via a recommendation) to help with 'hair grease' stain on our light covered leather sofa.
Dean came over, had a look, and was able to remove the headrest cover where the stain was. He took this away and within 2 weeks he came back with the leather as good as new.

I found this company recommended on the Which Report - Trusted Traders. On the day access was very difficult as I live in a ground floor flat well away from the nearest road. The operatives 'hoses' had to be led a long way through a neighbours back garden, then through a window to the bedroom and the carpet that needed cleaning.. The result was far far better than I expected. The magnolia coloured carpet now looks like new. Well done 5 Star.
I am so glad to have found this firm. I have a rescue dog who weed regularly on my 6foot by 4foot rugs because of her nervous disposition Ithought I would have to throw them away but this firm took them away and returned them as new. They also cleaned my Three piece suite on site and gave me good advice on to maintaining it in the future. At all times I received professional and sympathetic service.
