I've used Fitz2kleen several times in the past for carpet and upholstery cleaning, but this time they dealt with a strong smell that remained in a property my daughter was moving into. No matter what we tried, we could not get rid of it. Mark and Trena came to the rescue once again and cleaned all the carpets, then used an Ozone Generator to rid the property of the strong smell, and kill all bacteria. It is like a miracle, and I can't thank them enough. My daughter can now move in knowing the property is sparkling and smelling fresh. I always recommend them, and now I can do so even more. They are absolutely brilliant and there is nothing they don't know about cleaning and sanatising. Well done as always

I needed a commercial clean for a large catering van, after trying to clean it myself the grease was far too much. I contacted Fitz2kleen & they came out on a Sunday, in their own time, to quote me. The following day the clean was completed to an impeccable standard. For the amount of hours work put into the clean & the standard the price was really good after being quoted nearly double from others. I will definitely be using Fitz2Kleen again & would highly recommend.
I've used Fitz2kleen several times to clean my carpets and recently to clean my cream suite. They are always reliable, honest and professional. Mark goes the extra mile to get great results and works hard to reach the high standards he sets himself. I have also used the handiman service when I moved house. Mark was a lifesaver putting up shelves, assembling wardrobes, installing a catflap and hanging tv's on walls. There is nothing he cant do and all jobs are finished to an extremely high standard. Honesty and trust are huge for me and I would happily leave Fitz2kleen my house key to get on with the job. Highly recommended.

Mark came to clean my mums carpets which were in a state,along with his colleague they were good and took time to get it a clean as possible,they turned up on time and were very professional,would use them again if the time came. well done lads.
We have been using Fitz2kleen for a while now and have found the cleaners to be very friendly, thorough and to use their initiative. Where as other cleaners have done the job and left, when Fitz cleaners come, they clean and then spend the rest of their allocated time thinking outside the box and tackling a job that you need doing less often such as cleaning windows etc.
When booking, I have dealt with Trena who runs Fitz2kleen and have found her to be very helpful, polite and straight forward .. what you see is what you get and I appreciate that approach.
