I contacted the company in regards to carpets that were in a flat we were moving into. I wasn’t very optimistic that they would come up clean as I have never seen carpets so bad. I was impressed by the test patch and booked in the job. To my amazement the carpets came up and were actually cream under all the dirt. Mike and Heidi came highly recommended and i was not disappointed! I couldn't get over the machinery used to clean my carpets. I had a dog stay over with Family and he'd had a little accident. Mike explained in great depth about how he was going to remove the urine not only from the carpet but the underlay also. He brought out a fab little bit of kit for the job! I was surprised to see how far around the initial stain the urine had spread. He then went about cleaning my whole house of carpets with great care! They used guards for corners so not to damage my paintwork. Moving the furniture was a no trouble as they had furniture sliders. As they finished they put protective foam pieces under our furniture and provided me with their own labelled carpet cleaner for accidents along with a fab personalised Notepad. Shall be recommending them to all!!

Very rare to find such a trusting and reliably young man. The Carpet had been quite saturated from our puppies and I thought I would have to replace. Great job once again on bathroom floor tiles which we thought were slate, as they kept getting cloudy after being seeled. Carmarthenshire cleaning company had the knowledge and experience to identify that they were actually porcelain, removed the sealant, and cleaned them! Problem fixed! Will definitely use again!

I was really pleased with what I came home to. I had my carpets done with mike but wasn't expecting them to look brand new! The stair case carpets seemed to look tired and didn't have much shape in them- but Mike has made them look brand new! House smelled amazing too! Five stars!

I didn't realise that you could have professional tile cleaners until I was recommended by a friend to the company. What can I say ... outstanding results, my floors were extremely dirty from poor building workmanship at the house and I was concerned that would not ever look clean, I was so wrong, within a few hours CCC had them sparkling like new tiles but also the grout work was like it had just been laid ! Trustworthy company and staff! I had my safety flooring done any my resteraunt. I was going to replace it but Mike did a test patch and it looked brand new. Our stairs and landing carpet was left in the house when we bought it three years ago. The combination of an old cream carpet and a black cat don't go very well! I was intent on buying a new carpet as I honestly didn't think that any kind of cleaning would bring back the cream colour, but I am so glad that I decided to try one last attempt to clean it - I had previously used vanish which hadn't worked, so when Carmarthenshire Cleaning agreed to clean the carpet, and brought it back to it's original colour I was over joyed! And so was my husband, as they saved him from buying a new carpet!!!
